Noise from the 4th floor- breakfast area. We were directly underneath on the 3rd floor and constantly heard chairs moving in and out when people were up there. But I would still stay there again.

The owner is extremely nice. Our flight from Pokhara to Lumbini was cancelled and we were left stranded at the airport with no way to get to Lumbini. When I contacted the owner, he immediately arranged for a private driver to bring us to Lumbini. We could carry on with our tour itinerary because of this. We are extremely grateful to the owner for this.

There was no foot mat at the bathroom door, I almost slipped and fell twice while coming out from my shower. And the door lock of the second room that we were given on returning was a bit of a hassle, we struggled to lock it when we went out. Other than that everything was good.

The location, food, staff and view were all. What was best is that they have a luggage storage room for those who want to visit other places and leave their luggage for a few nights and we did that.

This hotel was the nicest place I’ve stayed in Pokhara :) Each and every staff member I spoke to were so kind to me. As a solo traveller, they made me feel so welcome and safe everyday. Location is perfect, so close to Lakeside. The rooms were very nice, and the hotel staff was very courteous and accommodating. We loved our stay there!

The staff were friendly and efficient, WiFi great throughout, rooftop infinity pool awesome and shower and beds really nice. Mr Adam' helped us choose and book activities (at very reasonable prices after cross checking) and ensured that we had an excellent stay. Great value hotel and I would thoroughly recommend.

Shower was broken to begin with, but the Adam hotel fixed it within a day so great service. The hotel is in two buildings so if you are in the second building you have to take the stairs for some of it (not ideal for heavy luggage but the hotel staff will help with that if you need it). No sun loungers for the pool area.

The room was clean, free bottles of water, shower was good and hot, location amazing with great view from the terrace of the lake.

Great service, very nice team and owner, great location, great roof top. Very clean. Perfect place to stay in Pokhara and to rest after a trek. Very close to the lake. You can even see Annapurna from the rooftop..

The currency exchange rate they offered for INR was lower than the official rate.

Good hotel at a central location at walking distance from the Pokhara lake shore. Good breakfast on the terrace restaurant. They helped book our Pokhara-Kathmandu flight tickets and when the flight got cancelled at the airport due to bad weather, they arranged a car for our drive to Kathmandu and readily adjusted the ticket refund.

The location was very nice! Next to good restaurants/bars/shops and the lake. From the rooftop you have a very nice view. The room (surperior) was very clean, smelled nice and had everything we needed. The bed slept also very good! We saw the infinity pool, but we had a too busy schedule to take a swim, but it looked clean. The owner of the hotel made sure we had a nice and comfortable time here. The staff was friendly and very helpful. We slept 3 nights in a row, then we had a 4 day-trekking to Poon Hill, and after that we back to this hotel to rest. In the meantime, we could store our luggage and motorcycle safely there, which made our trip so much easier!

It is better if there was a notice in the room for turning down the voice of TV night. The wall is thin.

Great value! Good location, good price, good breakfast.Staff and boss are very nice and helpful. The lovely little hotel also run itself-owning agency which can book all kinds of other service, includes air ticket,bus ticket,trekking and other outdoor events. Very convenient. I would like to recommend the hotel to my every friend. Additionally, this is indeed recommended by well-know Lonely Planet Nepal!!

I liked everything, specially those breakfasts in the terrace with views to Phewa Lake.

The hotel itself is very special, familiar and has a very homely atmosphere. The staff, starting from Adam, the owner, make you feel as if you were in your home with your family. They do their best to make things easier for you.
