Nothing to not like, it was awesome, really.

The location was perfect! Just on the edge of Thamel so it wasn't crazy busy or noisy, but quiet and peaceful. But only two minutes walk to the midst of shops, markets and restaurants. We were so surprised at how close it was, yet still that little bit apart. We also LOVED our apartment, it was so big and comfortable! The staff couldn't have been more friendly or helpful. We had the best stay here!

One morning was a buffet breakfast which was not as good as the Indian breakfast.

Very friendly front staff who were very helpful. The location was good, close to shops and restaurants but also away from the noise. Only a 5 minute walk to the tourist bus to Pokhara. The Indian breakfast was great. Organised transport to the hotel for us and were always available to help.

Very nice hotel, brand new and exceptionally clean. Good location in Thamel, away from hustle and bustle but 5 min walk from everything. They have clean rooms and small flats which really made my stay homely and welcoming. Place is is super clean that you really feel like at home, nice interiors, neat and no cheap furnishings but solid wood and lovely Nepali themed upholstery. Staff were very friendly, Sandip (assistant manager) and Bijaya at reception were very helpful and always replied to all queries via sms and calls and you just felt everything is taken care of. Definitely recommending this place to relax and chill after travels and have nice city break as well.

Very comfy beds, clean and well maintained. All required amenities are provided in the rooms. Staff are all very friendly and helpful. They go over and beyond to meet all our needs. Very happy and pleased with Himalayan ghat. Will definitely stay again.

This was our 2nd time staying in Himilayan Ghar. Love this hotel. Staff are fabulous! Lovely spacious bedroom and bathroom. Bed v big and really comfy. Shower great. Our own balcony to relax on. Breakfast set us up for the day. Location fantastic. Can't recommend enough!

Central location in Thamel, great place to stay for visiting Kathmandu Breakfast on the Rooftop every morning was lovely! The rooftop is a great feature of this hotel, can come up here at any point to relax and have views of the city.

Enjoyed a fantastic 2-night stay at Himalayan Ghar. The staff was exceptionally friendly, ensuring a warm welcome. Mr. Devandra helped with our special needs. AC unit was loud which made sleeping difficult some nights.

Location was convenient to our trekking office and within short walking distance from lots of restaurants and shops.

There weren’t many amenities in the apartment like dish soap. We heard some neighbors being loud with music early morning.

Great location in Thamel off a quiet off street. The staff were friendly and helpful. We stayed in a one bedroom apartment and it was very spacious. The bed was comfortable. We enjoyed the rooftop deck.!The breakfast service was great and had a lot of great choices like pancake, made to order eggs, fresh watermelon juice, veggies, and more. We were only there for a couple nights, but would stay again.
