We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

BhutanOur stay was very pleasant. However, it can get a little loud during the nighttime with the other people at the hotel but that shouldn't be much of a problem because it happened only once or twice during our stay of 9 days.
Room was simple and clean. All the necessary amenities were placed there upon our arrival like soap bars, toilet paper, bottled water, etc. We had the chance to bump into the owner of the hotel and he was very nice and accommodating. The guys at the hotel reception and rooftop were very kind, respectful and efficient. The rooftop is attached with a kitchen and is has a very lively ambience.

Everything was pretty good , you won’t be able to find any hotel like this one ! It’s cheaper but the stuff and the room service was pretty decent.. whatever problem you are having just call the manager everything will be fixed within few min,, besides they are also warm hearted, They can also provide tour if you are new to Nepal plus you want to visit places with cheap cost you can always have them , they provide the service. I highly recommend this hotel if you are searching for a place to stay with low cost you must book hotel khangshar home
