One small thing is that it’s quite close to Disney land, so there is some noise and music in the evening until around 10:30pm.

Wow. What an incredible stay, the lakefront position was amazing with lovely views from the balcony at breakfast and evening time. Rooms were very comfortable and a good size, and the layout and facilities were brilliant and very clean. Swimming pool was in a good position outside, right next to the restaurant and bar, good temperature and relaxed. Breakfast was the best we’ve had in Nepal. Such a variety and delicious, the staff were so accommodating to our dietary requirements, and the restaurant manager Krishna was very friendly, caring and made our experience even better.

From check-in to check-out, everything was excellent. The hotel offers beautiful rooms, a very good breakfast, a great swimming pool, and a very good restaurant.

It is a great place to stay. Everybody is extremely nice and helpful, rooms are clean, breakfests are great. Additionally, you have got really nice garden and swimming pool, which is cleaned each day in the morning. Hotel is next to the lake, so you can do also some evening walks. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a place to stay in Pokhara. Rozeena will be always happy to help you with booking any kind of trips, attractions or any other topics :)

Everything was great. Nothing that the hotel can fault but you can always hear people on the rides at night at the Disneyland next door but didn’t bother us.

Great location, right by the lake, buffet breakfast was great included, nice pool was such great value for the place. Would definitely stay again if I’m ever back in Pokhara.

This hotel have the best location ever!! The rooms are clean, good food! The swimming pool is amazing! And what I liked more was the staff!! Everyone was so friendly and helpful and made our stay much better and more comfortable! A special thank you to Rozeena Adhikari, front Office manager. She was amazing and helpful until the end!

The hotel room with a “lake view” was a little noisy, being relatively close to some kind of permanent fun fair while shrieks and yells from the fun fair rides and from the swimming pool drift over and upwards. Plus, what passes for “music” in the restaurant was way too loud and irritatingly repetitive (it was turned down or off when I complained). If it is raining, rain gear is needed to get to the restaurant, and the buffet area itself is not entirely water-proof.

The hotel was within some yards of lakeside with some nice limited (but not unobstructed) views of the lake from the third floor. The restaurant has some outdoor seating which is a pleasant alternative to the indoor area. The staff were very obliging especially Rozeena at the front desk. The room had a roomy balcony area and kitchenette.

It’s excellent location was also its downfall - it was next to the theme park and restaurants so it was a bit noisy until about 10pm. But other than that, it was really quiet.

Due to its close proximity to an amusement park, I had trouble sleeping because of the continuous screams from the crowd. However, I visited during the Nepali New Year celebration, so I believe the noise and crowds were only temporary.

Since there was a delay in getting my room, they upgraded me to a suite with an amazing view. The staff are very friendly and helpful , the breakfast is delicious, and the location is perfect, right on the Lake , also for people going on treks they can store your luggage which is really nice,

Breakfast sitting area needs some changes. Most tables are for four people to sit. 2 will always find it difficult to get in and out during the breakfast which needs be done frequently.

Location was great. All shops and restaurants nearby within walking distance. Only hitch is the amusement park next door... so there is lot of noise in the evening and at night. Apart from that every thing else is great with the hotel. Breakfast is superb. Good choice in veg and non veg. Bedrooms are great with all the amenities they provide. Overall its a wonderful place for a stay.

Firstly, the staff were amazing!! Extremely helpful and friendly. Easily booked any external devices we needed. Situated beautifully by the lake with direct access, with shops right outside the gate. Room was clean and very comfortable. Food was wonderful. Thank you Krishna (food & beverages) for your above and beyond attention. Highly recommended.

We did not have an issue but there are only stairs to go to higher floors no elevator.

Breakfast was included and offered good options. Location was fantastic, easy to reach from the airport. Fewa Lake was right in front of the hotel and great for walking lakeside, boating and simply enjoying the view! Loved the on premise restaurant "The Grounds" where we ate most of our meals, delicious food, live music and fabulous views. Restaurant Manager Krishna was very helpful and took good care of us. Front Desk Manager, Rozeena was amazing. She went the extra mile to make sure we were happy with our upgraded suite rooms. She also arranged hotel vehicles for sightseeing and airport drop off. Mr. Krishna, Operations Manager made us feel very welcome and the staff at property was friendly and professional. Special shout out to Shreya the masseur at the on premises Spa, she was experienced.
