Excellent bar and very attentive staff. The rooms were comfortable and the beer was cold! The location can’t be beat.

The property was very nice and in a great location. The staff was really nice, especially Krishna who managed the restaurant. He really made you feel welcome and appreciated. Highly recommended. Don't forget to try their specialty drinks!

The staff were courteous. In the restaurant, Krishna and the rest of his team were very helpful especially as we are vegetarian. The location on the lakefront on one side and onto the main high street with a variety of shops, restaurants, ATM’s and money exchangers.

It is close to the Disney rides so evenings can be a bit noisy for those who prefer peace and quiet. We were okay with it.

Clean property ideal location very friendly staff. Krishna the manager helped us organise local tour with the in-house driver Tilak and MG electric car. We are mostly in their restaurant and Krishna the restaurant manager looked after us very well.

The accomodation was clean and very tidy - just perfect for relaxation after a hike. Unfortunately there is an amusement park next to it - but other than that it was amazing. We really appreciated the reception personell - they help us with flights and trips, very convenient and nice!

The staffs were great! the travel/activities desk was extremely resourceful and accomadative. we wanted to go river rafting early as we had to catch a flight later in mid day, they swiftly arranged it and the experience was amazing. the food and beverages at the grounds were amazing! 1. It was a sunny Sunday and the water from the pool was really green and not clean .. we wanted to swim but the water look very unhealthy .. on Monday , it was a rainy day , the staff decided to clean the pool 😠 2. We eat 2 times in the restaurant , the staff is not proffesional there , I am so sorry to tell. A. My husband nasi goreng & curry and I ordered A dal with Naan.. they gave us the nasi Goreng and the Dal and we had to wait 15 min. For the curry and the Naan.. our nasi goreng and the Dal was cold then. B. The second mail we ordered pizza , the waitress put the pizza on the table , and bent over the Pizza to put the fork & knife on the table .. she was laying with here sweater in our pizza .. she say sorry but there was no action from here side to compensate the accident ( not hygienic ) C. The staff try really to do there best but we think that they are not well trained ! They are slow , ask several times for our room number , repeat it and the say the wrong number . 3. We booked a sun set balloon flight , they picked us up at 5:30.. wenn we arrived at the balloon flight place ,for the flight from 6:30, a few minutes before we should step in the balloon they told us that we had to wait till 8 for the next flight , we and another couple decide to cancel the flight at 8 there is no sun set anymore. .. it gave us a lot of stress to discuss the cancellation with the balloon flight Compagnie .. they said that they inform the agency who booked our ticket ( that was in the hotel ) we don’t know witch fault it was .. but we have to tell you before you also book this balloon flight that the pilot from the balloon told us after the flight from 6:30 that he cancelled the flight because the balloon was not safe ! 4. The location is nice BUT it is till midnight really very very noisy because of the screeming kids in the FAIR with the Ferris wheel and the rollerskate hall

The majestic lake Front hotel is in a very nice part of Pokhara , the location 4. is very nice because it is @ the river side . The rooms are nice but not 4 * worth ! There is a very nice swimmingpool but 1. ! On one side of the pool there are comfortabel sunbeds .. there is a very good coffee corner in front of the lake with a very good frappechino and delicious cakes . The restaurant 2. is also at a good location and the card offers good dishes BUT .. The people of reception are great , they give you a warm welcome feeling and good advice about the nice excursion3. in Pokhara . Pokhara is a wonderful place to stay !

The open shower in the bathroom - everything gets wet - before showering you have to take all the towels, toilet papers and anything else that you don't want to get wet out of the bathroom. A bit noisy in the evenings due to the kids park next door. We expected our room to have a better lake view - our room had some in theory, but out of a corner window only.

Excellent location in the Lakeside, right on the lakefront. The property has exits both to the lake and to the main shopping street. Everything touristy in Pokhara was within walking distance.

Beside there is a tiny Disneyland, and so noises were to here....But In the night it was silent. And: we missed a hairdryer and a rubber-wiper for the floor in the shower......

The Majestic Lakefront Hotel has given us the best thinkable accommodation even during the loud days of Divali. We had only booked 2 nights ad then we changed to another one. We'll, next day wet of hurried quickly back to "our Hotel" A bit away from the busy main road, we checked in at the desc with maximum symphatie staff, got a large, nice and clean room with good comfort, clean bathroom, perfect bed and a nice balcony. The large pool was in front of us. We were satisfied with the breakfast, the restaurant,, the bar. Everywhere remarkable good service ! If we should come to Pokhara again : we'll be there !!!

Closeness to "Disneyland" and the noise from the rides. The room and the staff and the amenities make up for the noise and it did not bother my sleep.

The staff was amazing. They went above and beyond to be helpful, kind and welcoming. The room was gorgeous and the bed was super comfortable
