Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. United StatesThis is just an amazing place. The views from the room are breathtaking (photos attached). The rooms and bathrooms are pristinely clean, the beds comfortable, the wifi very good. The food is freshly cooked to order. Maya, who owns and manages the place, leaves no stone unturned to make her guests comfortable. I left my Kindle behind, and Maya managed to contact my taxi driver and give it back to me before my flight. There is a huge range of activities around --- paragliding, hiking, helicopter rides (or hiking) to the Annapurna base camp, boating on Pokhara lake, the Gurkha museum, and much more. Maya will call you a taxi whenever you need one. Perfect vacation for a family or group of friends, of any age.

JordanI left as a male staff member was walking around my balcony and looking into my room. He fidgeted with my lock and touched my bathing suit bottoms, which were hanging up to dry. It may all have been harmless, but as a solo female traveler, it made me uncomfortable. Still waiting for a refund. Also, the property currently overlooks a construction site. Not a fault of the hotel, just an FYI.
