The only minor downside was the night shift receptionist, who could be more polite and respectful in his interactions. A little improvement in attitude would make the experience flawless. Apart from that, everything was perfect! I truly enjoyed my stay, felt comfortable, and had a great sleep

I stayed at this hostel for a month (extended after a week) due to its excellent service and comfortable atmosphere. Beautifully designed with a natural vibe, it features an aquarium and relaxing decor. The hostel is spotless, with twice-daily room cleaning, comfortable beds, and free high-speed 5G WiFi. The kitchen and lobby are simply outstanding—all at an unbelievably low price One of the most unique experiences was the soothing sound of the aquarium water. I used to sleep with headphones and relaxing Natural water sounds always , but here, the natural water sound plays , creating a fantastic sleep environment—especially at night. The staff is exceptional—polite, well-trained, and always ready to help. Special thanks to the daytime shift team, especially Ms. Shruti, Mr. Prakash, and Mr. Nabin, for their professionalism and kindness. Their dedication truly made my stay special. It’s rare to find a hostel in Nepal that offers such superb services, including a great kitchen and such an amazing team Highly recommended!

Wonderful Stay with Excellent Facilities and Helpful Staff" I had an amazing stay at this hotel, and I cannot recommend it enough! The facilities made my stay so much easier and more enjoyable. The shower was absolutely perfect—refreshing and just what I needed after a long day of exploring. The rooftop was another highlight; it offered stunning views and a relaxing space to unwind in the evenings. What truly made this stay memorable, though, was the incredible staff. It was my first time visiting Népal and kathmandu, I ARRIVED at midnight, the man in the reception was very helpful and checked me in quickly. I enjoyed having conversation with him. He shared his knowledge when it comes to trekking. There's a big restaurant in top level, and vegetarian restaurants outside as part of the hostel.they offer free yoga session at 9 to 10 am every day. On same building you will find co-working space and gym, and it's free. Near the room, they have a kitchen in case you want to cook. In my second visit to nepal I stayed there. It's one of the best hostels I ever stayed in. 10/10.

"I was looking for a place to stay in Kathmandu and came across YOG, which quickly became my top choice. I'm so glad I decided to stay here! The place had everything I was looking for – a shared kitchen where I could cook my own meals, free drinking water available 24/7, and hot showers. The highlight for me was the yoga classes and sound therapy sessions, which were completely free. The room itself was clean, cozy, and really comfortable. During my first time the bathroom was very basic and there wasn’t hot water. The second time everything was perfect. Prices are a bit high in the rooftop compared to other places around the city.

I’ve stayed in this hostel twice, the first time in a 4 female bedrooms, and the second in the 6 bedrooms. The staff was kind, and also the facilities were ok too. A lot of plants and amazing rooftop.

The room was dirty and the beds offered no privacy from other people, just single beds in a line, there was no drain in the bathroom and the toilet would leak, ended up leaving 2 nights early
