The restaurant at the hotel. People sometimes just want a simple breakfast for their start to the day. Not on offer. I also don't want 'theatrics' when ordering a meal. Just make the meal and serve it up to me, simple!

Everything was great, pretty steep in price but is one of the best in the CBD so kinda to be expected

Room was great and a 5 minute walk to the viaduct which is where we were having dinner. Staff gave us a voucher for my partners birthday for a drink at the bar which was nice. left my tooth brush which they kindly saved for me :')

Busy at front desk a lot. Often have to wait. Which is not that bad really.

The ground floor room (3) had a pedestrian footpath directly outside the window which realistically means blinds are shut most of the time. Its rare to have a hotel room on the ground floor and this want ideal. They probably keep these for those that have used a 3rd party booking site... There is a digital advertising panel across the road which also emits significant light.

Location was great as 5 min walk to plenty of action inc restaurants and pier. Staff very pleasant in my limited dealings. Room was good, very clean and bed super comfortable. Its a nice hotel.

The breakfast wasn’t very tasty. No carpet in the rooms gave it a kind of cold not as cozy feeling. Being sensitive to cold I would prefer a room with carpet.

Great location. All the little details. I loved the warm lighting and the free filtered water you can refill in the hallways. Bathroom was a great sized with lush toiletaries, robes were so cosy. The bed was very soft which I normally don’t like but I found it comfortable and slept well. The room service food did not disappoint. The side salad was the prettiest and yummiest salad I’ve had. Staff were very accommodating. The close proximity to the viaduct.

Pillows were to thick - resulting in bad sleep for both myself and partner. Also an express checkout would be great as there were guests in line who felt they didn't need to be... all prepaid.

The delay in receiving my invoice. It happens every.single.time with the QT no matter which hotel I stay at. I always have to follow up which is quite dull.

The light switches were difficult to see and use - older people with poorer eyesight especially. Lighting is also poor as I found the lighting too dim. Access from lift to reception is not good with suitcases as they have to be pushed up a slope - poor design.

The room was a bit small. It said that we had two king beds and it felt like they were both queens.

Extremely minor and 100% personal preference but the bed was very soft - we prefer more firm. Lighting while very cool, did need to be able to be turned up or additional bright options

QT style is the absolute best. Love the look and the vibe so much.

The lighting system was very confusing to use. We ended up waking each other up trying to find the bathroom light. I think it would be really helpful if there were some instructions in the room to let guests know how to use the lights.
