excellent hub for travelers. very good common area to socialize and meet other people, locals and foreigners. Basil the host, is very nice and talk active.

Everything was great.

A cozy, homely place in a great location close to the airport as well as Mwasalat Bus Station. The stay was comfortable, and it was great meeting and chatting with Ziyad (host) who was helpful with all the information.

Basel is a fantastic host, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere where people from various countries come together. He made everyone feel incredibly welcome and had planned an exciting trip to a desert camp. There were also opportunities to socialize with his friends, who gathered to watch soccer matches and play local music. The surroundings offered convenient access to local attractions, with buses connecting to other parts of Oman and easy taxi availability through an app.

To be honest, I barely recognize the pictures that are shown here. Also, I don't understand how the reviews are so positive. The room I stayed in was very very dirty, especially the bathroom. Even though all the girls I shared the room with checked in around the same time as I did, the room was full of stuff: (dirty?) laundry, the desk was full of someone's personal items, there was barely space to move because of how much stuff was laying around

Great place: beautiful building in beautiful area, close to the bus station, markets, restaurants and the beach, big rooms and bathrooms, well equipped kitchen, great owner: warm, easygoing, cheerful, great guests: openminded and friendly.

The owner of the place Basil is really amazing, very helpful & kind, he allowed me to sleep till 2PM regardless of the checkout time of 10AM for free as he saw me going to sleep at 7AM, just ask him if he can allow he will just let you know & met some amazing people from UK & Africa & there are many more things, i was just there for a day, so didn’t go out much just to supermarket, the villa is located in a very good residential area, bus to airport is 650 metres till 11PM for 500 Baisa, you can also take a sharing taxi for 1 to 3 Rial.
