We booked a room for three people, so the third bed was a short sofa that made it quite difficult to sleep.

They hotel was quite good overall! Nice pool as well, and there is also a gym (I didn't use it). The room was huge.

Nice rooms, decently nice pool area, good breakfast, easy parking, friendly staff. Area offers some restaurants, shops, supermarkets. By car not too far to Muscat old town, beach etc. For the first nights of our Oman trip it was a good place to stay if you dont want to pay the really high prices for beach resorts.

Pool water is not clear - it’s like cloudy water. Souvenir shop staff is very annoying, always convincing us to visit the shop whenever we passed by to go to the pool. Hotel Taxi cost 10 OMR if booked from the reception but if you go outside the hotel, taxi would only cost 5 OMR. Quite difficult to cross the road to go around the shops or restaurants nearby.

The swimming pool was way too hot - not refreshing at all. Alcoholic drinks were extremely expensive.

The room's floor was not super clean and it was quite hot even though the AC was working.

The room was very well equipped, the staff was nice even though one of the workers tried to charge me more when paying for our stay.

The shower was quite low and for a tall guy it wasn’t the easiest to shower.

It was centrally located, and the front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful. They organized us a free room upgrade, taxis, and a rental car in under 15min!

The music from outside was very loud untill after midnight. We pre-booked with the hotel an Airport transfer to the hotel as we arrived quite late. As nobody was waiting for us we called the hotel and we still had to wait 30 min untill the pick-up. But they gave us a free upgrade as compensation, which was very friendly.

The pool area was very nice with palm trees and nice sitting area in the shade! Breakfast with lots of fresh fruits and good bread. The furniture in the room was a bit old but it was the best and most comfortable bed from our tour.

Executive room on a high floor nice and quiet. Very comfortable bed. Only used the lounge access once for happy hour (6-8pm); plenty of choices of alcoholic and soft drinks plus nice snacks. Swimming pool a good size for all abilities or ages. Room service menu very good, variety of options. Breakfast buffet, plenty of choice and chef on hand for an omelette or poached eggs etc

Nothing, it was great.

We loved this hotel. Despite arriving at 6.30am we were greeted by very friendly and accommodating staff. Our luggage was stored, we were given coffee whilst we waited for our morning city tour guide to arrive. On our return we were allocated a lovely large room and all of our experiences in the hotel were positive. The food in both restaurants was outstanding.

Reception was chaotic at check in. And the system did not record our room upgrade so every breakfast and every business lounge access was denied - even after checking with reception. Each time we had to ring up and complain before the issue was resolved. Business lounge set up a bit strange. There weee 2 women working - on the phone,computer etc during the early part of our ‘executive’ snack and drinks.

We had upgraded to a junior suite with lounge access which was expensive. The upgrade room was fabulous - spacious with great facilities. We enjoyed the business lounge where we could have any alcoholic drink without limit. This made the room decent value. The pool and pool bar were lovely. Breakfast good - best orange juice I have ever had! Fabulous WiFi - full strength even at the pool.

I stayed on the first floor and the noise was high every night because there is a night club in the LG floor

The facilities generally are starting to age, and could do with some refurbishment.

Great hotel in a very convenient location. Pool area wonderful and private for relaxing. Hotel rooms generously sized. Beds are wonderful and comfortable. Very clean rooms and bathrooms. We had a great Thai style massage in the on-site Spa treatment rooms.
