The light system in the rooms is unmanageable. Only one coffee machine in the breakfast. The O'Malley's Irish Pub staff is very doggy and not professional at all. The room upgrade was ridiculous, and we did not have access to the facilities of the upgrade.

The relaxing environment in the pool and the staff working in the pool area and pool bar. They create a good vibe in the place.

please explain to your guests rules of the swimming pool. we left our towels for a 10 minutes on sun beds and when we came back we saw other people on them! That was really crazy, especially when they didn’t want to go from our sun beds, saying it was not written that they need to take towels first. and a boy at the business lounge was not friendly at all, all the time we felt like he wants us to go away and he didn’t allow me to take one can of Pepsi outside, that’s very bad.

Nothing about the property really but around the hotel there are no traffic lights or zebra crossings so we felt like our life was in danger every time we had to cross the road in mad traffic. May not be the best location if you are in town for a short stay and wish to explore touristic sites otherwise plenty of restaurants and cafes available around the area and there is a nice little park across the road (if you can cross it in one piece) that has a playground for the little ones.

We were upgraded at check-in and had a Spacious room with nice pool view. Everything was ok in terms of the cleanliness, facilities etc. Breakfast was sufficient and good choices to suit different taste buds

Everything was great, only one small recommendation would be to include plant-based alternatives to milk for breakfast, and then it would be perfect.

Breakfast was delicious, fresh, and with a wide variety of options. Location central, and very convenient to navigate from. The bed was just perfectly comfortable. Staff is absolutely lovely and helpful. The bar next to the pool works until late, so it was perfect for a drink at night, too.

I spent 3 nights there but had to pay for 4, as my flight was changed and I was unable to make it the 1st night. It was non-refundable, so the front desk offered me breakfast and late checkout, which was nice. Despite confirming my late checkout the night before and again the next morning, I was hounded to check out all day, calls to my room and people coming to the door. At one point they cancelled my room key and I had to get it re-activated. This made me uncomfortable. It was clearly a communication issue among staff, but they should be on top of this.

Attentive staff, clean, not far from the sights in Muscat (by car or taxi). Nice poolside bar serving alcohol, although at the exorbitant Omani prices, but just max out your duty free on arrival at the Muscat airport to get around this :-). Room was spacious and well-appointed (fridge, desk, hair dryer, lots of sockets, kettle and espresso machine, big bathroom with tub and shower), although unfortunately none have balconies. A different choice of carpet would have made the visual impact of the room much more attractive. Breakfast was fantastic and you can eat inside or on the pleasant covered patio overlooking the pool area. It's expensive if you don't get it included though. There is not much within walking distance but there is a strip of restaurants and a shisha bar across the street. Also a small grocery store and a few other eating options (burger stand and a kebab place) straight out the back entrance of the lobby of the hotel, below the parking lot. TIP: download and use the OTaxi app, it works exactly like Uber. The hotel works with another, more expensive company so OTaxi can't pick you up there. Just go through the lobby and out the back entrance, and set your pickup spot for the kebab place just below the parking lot. I went all over Muscat with OTaxi and the prices were great.

Garden and swimming pool are nice, but face a 6 line highway so it's not really a good place if one wants to relax and sunbathe.

Nice hotel, good quality of rooms and facilities. Great buffet breakfast though coffee machine has only decaf option. One can ask for espresso from machine behind the bar, but that's not very convenient. Both the reception and restaurant stuff are attentive and helpful.

The food in the bar was not good. Frozen pizza and cold nachos. So different to the lovely breakfast and lunch we had so not sure why its so different. Also the men in the bar were weird

The hotel has been around for a long time and despite what seems to be a relatively recent refurbishment, it does not manage to shake off its air from the '80's. Overall everything looks a bit tired. Despite the pictures, there is not really a garden and the hotel is now stuck between a flyover and a road. Convenient for business, not great for tourism

Check-in and check-out take far too long due to credit card approval process, even when the booking was already secured by the same credit card. Not helped by shortage of staff at reception. Use cash!
