A mouse in the middle of the night! We had to ask for hot water and new toilet rolls mid stay. Noise gets carried through the hotel at all hours

Due to the nature of the building, rooms are comfortable but not modern at all. Basic facilities in room with warm rather than hot water.

The location right in the centre of the centro historico is fantastic. The building itself was also fantastic and worth staying just to see it. The staff were also really helpful, ordering and arranging taxis

Shower didn’t have much hot water so showers were a bit cold and no TV but honestly for the price and location that wasn’t a massive issue.

I really enjoyed the location and the staff were absolutely amazing with any request we had they got it done. Clean place and very good location close to the main square and the Lima Cathedral. Beautiful inside and could go at the top to watch the stars.

Perfect localizacion in historical center. The house looks like museum. Comfortables beds ,clean rooms,some without windows so much quiet.I would go there again.

The lock for the room’ door from inside doesn’t work and the door of the toilet was noisy.

The accommodation is located in the heart of the city, pretty much walkable distance to many restaurants. The staff was very friendly and they have the option to pick you up from the airport.

It was very minimal. No hot water for the shower. The toilet was broken. We had to manually flush every time by lifting the back of the toilet.

The rooms are old and look like a hostel. No air conditioner, there were no towels or toilet paper in the room. Don’t be fooled! The photos on the booking.com are somewhat deceiving. They only show the inside of the hotel (which are very very nice) but they show no photos of the rooms that look like a hostel. Very very basic room.

The property is well located close to all the main tourist attractions.

Long set of stairs to second floor. Very hot, stuffy room with no AC or fan. We opened windows to the street with a lot of noise from cars, music and kids kicking balls. Bath had no products, no hand towels. Very poor WiFi signal. We dropped our luggage in the morning and returned for a late check in and ended up leaving the same night. Beautiful building that needs a lot of updating and TLC.

Only plus was the cheap rate.

They gave me a very small single room endowed with one single bed, one chair and one bedside table. That's all. The room had one little window at the rooftop, impossible to open because it was so high and above all so dirty! When I arrived I asked for a bath towel (that I didn't find in the room) and some help because I couldn't close the door properly. The receptionist told me a guy will come help you out, but he never showed up. It was so hot in the room and I had to ask for a fan, that lastly they gave me watching at me like we were in Siberia... My room was everything but what you see "the museum" in the pictures... Last but not least the hotel's name is different from what you find on Google maps and in the reality there is no sign to identify the hotel. It did not meet my expectations.

It's close to the historical centre and the main square. The wifi connection worked properly.

Wow, GREAT stay for 3 nites!! The two ladies cleaning, were great,spotless& helpful with directions& advise. Marie@ recp.Was very helpful,she even found an adapter 220v-120v We could NOT find after looking to buy,ALL day!! We were on 4th floor& had a great VIEW
