The bed was huge and sheets were crisp! Staff were helpful and very nice. Breakfast was good. And the building is beautiful. It's also super close to the market that sells souvenirs cheaper.

The room was small and filled with old wooden furniture. Not much space for even 2 small size luggage.

Even though the bedroom was small, the bathroom was spacious. They provided a portable heater in the room and kept the room warmer. The breakfast was nice and we like their bread.

Great location, just across the street from San Pedro Mercado and a short walk to Plaza del Armas. Staff is friendly and helpful. Lots of options with the included breakfast. Airport shuttle is convenient and reasonable.

Hot water is inconsistent but staff were quick to fix it when it acted up.

Excellent hospitality and service. The staff are extremely helpful, they arranged for a taxi to pick me up at midnight when trains plans got messed up from aguas calientes. Room has heating and is clean and comfortable in a great location by the San Pedro market.

Initially, we were put up in a very small room with a slanting roof - with a longer stay it would have been dificult to continue in that room. However, Americo helped us move to a better room considering the duration of our stay. No complaints whatsoever.

Close to all places and has good restaurants nearby. Most of the tours pick up and drop at this location so we didn’t need to go to any other places - especially for early morning start.

The rooms did not have good soundproofing, so you could hear alot of noise from other rooms. The "garden" tubs were outdated and unsafe and some rooms did not have a walk in shower.

The staff was wonderful. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The location was very good for the price. The courtyard was lovely and the breakfasts and dining room was very nice.

Our room was above the kitchen so could be loud and smelly from 6 am

Very handily sited near San Pedro market. Many restaurants and attractions are within a 15 min walk. The room was large and clean with a kitchen -a bit strange as there were no utensils,dishes etc The staff were also friendly and helpful and kindly arranged a free transfer to the airport. The breakfast was pretty good.

As with any hotel in a busy area it can be loud with all the street and courtyard noise. It was manageable, but noticeable at times. Earplugs for the Win!

We just stayed one night, but our room was very spacious, comfortable and clean. We also ate at the restaurant, and the food was delicious. Breakfast had a decent selection, but most of the food (e.g. eggs) were cold. Overall a decent hotel in central Cusco.
