Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Colombia...it's an aircon only hotel, and I really don't like it when windows can't open, I don't think it's healthy. I always wonder where all this goes, it's a big hotel. For this reason and this reason only, I don't think I'll be staying here again. I would prefer to stay in the simpler, less fancy (yet cool) Radisson Red a few blocks away.
Very nicely appointed hotel in a convenient centric location. Small but ok pool, rooftop bar, good restaurant (quite pricey) and gym. I really liked this hotel. However...

ColombiaThe room had no safe, for some reason. The restaurant service was appallingly slow, even after several follow ups. I wanted to save time by having my lunch there and actually wasted a lot of it. I never went back and I didn't try the breakfast just in case.
