How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Floors of room are cleaned with some gel always which is quite friction less so need to extra careful. Hotel need to change their cleaning material for sure. Air-conditioning unit is not aligned to center so need to improve position accordingly.
Near to airport and Mall of Asia. Clean and convenient

Bad smell from bathroom in almost every apartment as we tried to change ours but off and on smell from drainage in bathroom and kitchen as well. Almost no utensils in kitchen No hotplate Expensive stay. No halal food by walk but can order and pay for grab.
Very close to airport.Clean and spacious apartment Helping Staff.Microwave, kettle, hair dryer was there.So many Chinese restaurants .Small store there.

can't fault the establishment, but not much of a choice for places to eat nearby

Definitely not walkable location. You definitely need a ride to get a round like to the mall or other locations in Manila. You can use the PITX or Grab which is cheap.
The hotel is clean, the room is quiet and secured.

No spoons to stir the complementary coffee
Stayed in a studio room top floor 21 Aircon very good, but did get too cold over the bed area. There are a deflectors supplied to minimise this. In the cupboards Complimentary coffee, bottle water in room

No hot water. Some kind of construction noise across the street was constant. TV is not "dual language" - it's basically all Chinese. I'm not going to spin the wheel for a "free" gift in response for a positive review.
Good location. Very friendly staff. I was amazed I found such a place within 2 hours notice (allowed 12pm check-in) for such a reasonable price.

Smoke of cigarettes going to the elevator. A ventillation must be installed to get rid of cigarete smoke for those who are not smoking. Very hot in the elevator.

It just confusing because they don’t have their own building it’s a shared building so you don’t see a sign from outside that says Executive hotel it’s different name.

Very hot inside. How to get electric in your room not explained very well. And no written instructions on how to. This caused me to have to go back to desk from 21st floor. Very hot in the hallways and elevators. Of course room very hot as well since electric is trigger by guest entering and turning on. We got there about 6pm. No place to eat. A few small shops and eateries within the hallway behind front desk. But some not open and only take cash. So we had nothing to eat or drink except for the 2 warm bottles left in room. Room 1 bedroom suite very hot because of how the electric works. Took long time to cool down. Had full size refrigerator, but warm also.
Front desk ladies very pleasant and helpful. Even when I had to come back to the desk from the 21st floor about our electric. Room was 1 bedroom suite. Nice and roomy. Hotel very nice and clean.

The room was very clean and spacious, the pool is big and clean, the gym is also good just a little small but has good machines! Is only 10 minutes from the airport and 5 min walk from 7/11

TV programs are all in and for Chinese people Internet connection is so week not even YouTube don't work. If you have a chicineta please put at least for two person utensils for eating, plates, forks, spoons etc 😉
