PhilippinesNot that I didn't like, but there was only one restaurant ahead that we found, cafe tribu, staff there was nice as well.
The staff are nice, the room is clean and large. This was a stop over before our flight. We are able to rest since the place is quiet and peaceful. Although a few renovation will make it worth more.

KazakhstanBoiler seemed to be out of order, and in general the bathroom already needs refreshment. Bathrobe, tea/coffee maker, hairdryer were listed in the booking but absent in the room. I didn't need it, so haven't requested.

United StatesThe hotel is basic and the tile floors were not well cleaned. I asked for a rag to clean the floors myself. They also forgot to clean behind sink's floor in the bathroom. The shower drain was slow.
I liked how the hotel has a water dispenser, providing both cold, room temperature, and hot water. We could get hot water to make our own coffee. The price was affordable. The air conditioner works well. The beds were comfortable. They were still open when I arrived at midnight.

BelgiumDo not write in your description ‘roundtrip airport transfer included’ as you wrongfully do. It’s not expensive 50php per head each trip. In our case 2 pax return so 200 php in total. But you have to be honest about it. If customers have to pay mention it. Adjust your description.
Good value / money. Hot water in the corridor in case you want to make coffee. For the price you get comfy rooms. Near the airport. And near the ferry going to Boracay. They offer transfers to and from the boat / airport.
