There was no tissue paper in the room. The room smelled a bit like food which was maybe from the previous occupant.

The place looks new and was clean. The staff at the reception was very accommodating and friendly. Parking was easy.

The TV didn't have many international channels in English with known programmers or movies to watch.

Everything is new and comfortable. It's conveniently located by a shopping mall with many food and shop options. However, tour companies don't pickup in this area.

Bathroom - too narrow for me. Asians will likely be ok bbut not sure for other bigger built people

Proximity - very near GH mall; with parking lot and nearby CBD area. Facilities - they have very nice pool, billiards area, and gym. Room - studio is a bit small for me and the bathroom is too narrow for me. The bathroom door will hit the bathroom sink in few inches which i find not good as a room design. Comfy bed with a hightech thingy you can adjust the firmness. This is something new :) Smart tv is ok, with hair blower, clothes iron, fridge, microwave, cooking panel and materials, and electric kettle. There is also free bottled water. Toiletries - i am good with free tooth brush and toothpaste. I actually like that the hotel provides sustainable materials for the toiletries. Its my first time to see toothpaste in a sustainable pouch. Good job for this. There is bath robe and indoor slipper. Breakfast - its fine if its outside the bldg hotel, as long as the breakfast is good with your partner restaurant. Over all experience i like it, comparing with other HII managed hotels ive been with, i understand some things arent there yet because it is a new hotel. I will look forward in the years to come how this hotel with progress and if they can sustain their good points. Will surely still choose HII managed hotels next staycation.

Odor of bad smelling drainage as soon as you open the door to your room. We reported it right away and the staff provided us with an atomizer which neutralized the odor. The bathroom, though complete even with a clothes washing and drying area, the shower area was a bit tight.

Greatest location for greenhills mall shopping. Really like that it's brand new.

I think they were just starting and they only have few staff. Hopefully, as time progress, they will have better more staff and more trained. It was not a good welcome to be only watched by the security as I unload heavy luggages and some of them slipping off the driveway.

New property in the Greeenhills area that is right beside the mall. So convenient. Plus the room and facilities are all great considering its price range. Definitely worth the money in staying here.

The bed was smaller than I expected but it was still comfortable so it’s not really that big of a deal. I would book double bed instead of twin rooms.

It was very clean, the staff were super nice. I really loved the kindness of the guards very polite and caring. The front desk was super easy to talk to and very accommodating to all my questions and requests. The house keeping was very helpful and kind. Over all I felt very much taken care of. I would 100% stay here again when I come back. Also the mall next to it seems new and has lots of food options! So that’s a plus.

Fantastic hotel! Amazing location right next to the Greenhills mall! Everything you need, including supermarket, on walking distance. Amazing room and bed! Everything in the hotel room feels as new. Also the bed is amazing with even the possibility to inflate or deflate the hardness of the bed. Amazing bathroom! The bathroom is fabulous. Very beautiful and super clean. Everything is high comfort, no wet floors after showering, perfect hot and cold water or whichever temperature you like, very clean sink and a lot of space for moving and also for putting your bathroom essentials on the counter. Super friendly and greeting staff! I didn't use the facilities such as the swimming pool and gym, but I did have a look and they look amazing as well!

1. Staff and parking process – Upon arriving at the parking entrance, the guard appeared untrained in handling hotel guest arrivals. We called the hotel twice in advance to inquire about the parking procedure, knowing that it was a serviced hotel with residential units. However, we still did not receive clear instructions. It would be helpful if detailed parking information were included on the booking site. When we asked the staff in the front desk, they just looked at each other as if unsure what to say. 2. Breakfast – While it was great that breakfast was offered, it would have been better if it was clearly indicated that breakfast is served outside the hotel, at GH Mall. Fortunately, the partner restaurant, The Morning After, consistently serves good meals. 3. Room amenities – Although we booked for 3 adults and were assigned a room that could accommodate up to 5 guests, only 2 sets of amenities (plates, cutlery, toothbrushes, slippers, towels, etc.) were provided. We had to call to request the rest. It seemed the hotel/staff did not anticipate the number of guests in the booking. 4. Checkout experience– During checkout, we were the only guests at the counter, yet it still took about 10 minutes to complete the process and be cleared. 5. Room design safety – We booked a one-bedroom unit, and inside the room, there is a corner with a mirror that seems hazardous. The placement is awkward and could pose a risk, especially for children who might accidentally run into it. The mirror in that corner felt unnecessary and could be reconsidered for safety.

We like the spacious rooms. It is a new hotel so everything was clean. It was comfortable as well. The breakfast was good as it is a familiar restaurant to us - The Morning After, in Greenhills Malls.

I did not like the beds. If seated on the edge the thing just kept sliding me off. There where too many accidental opening of our room by maintenance. If I stayed and booked at an end date it could be common courtesy to ask if we want to check out on that day or extend some more if there is someone else wanting to book in that room it would be nice to have a heads up
