Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. Although in a very central location, as other guests have mentioned, you wouldn’t know it once inside. Very quiet, staff were excellent and rooms were well soundproofed from the outside and other rooms.

GermanyActually, we loved everything about our stay, the harmonic integration of a hotel in such an old cloister, the friendliness of the personnel, the cleanliness, the location of the hotel within Lisbon (directly at the centre), the breakfast and surrounding service, We honestly believe, that the service in this hotel can compete with some of the best 5* hotels. The Convent Square is definitely a recommendation worth for our next trip and for friends.

Beautiful hotel with very friendly staff. Our room was so quiet and I wanted to take the pillows home! We enjoyed a relaxing morning by the plunge pool and an afternoon drink in the square.

Staff are very attentive and helpful, the room is comfortable, location is amazing, and the AC works great! We loved how quiet the property was compared to its location, you’re in the vibrant and noisy centre but feel very secluded in your room.

United StatesThe AC in the room was not very strong, and it was blowing from the ceiling directly down to your face as you lay in bed, and that felt uncomfortable. The room is also very small without enough room to spread out luggage beyond one carryon suitcase.
The location was fantastic and the property itself is well done. The staff was courteous and the breakfast is very good.

United StatesThe location was in the heart of of busy Lisbon. But the indoor patio area was a quiet oasis. I didn’t hear any street noise. The King room on the 5th floor was small but adequate with a lovely view. This was definitely a luxury hotel. The bed linens were beautiful, turn down service nightly was also lovely. The front staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. Loved it.

We could not have had a better stay and our only regret was we didn't stay long enough. We will be back with our daughters for sure. 20/10 stars. + We went on the Tuk Tuk and Francisco was our tour guide, he was just amazing and taught us so much about this historic city.

IndiaThe room was not cleaned very efficiently.I had to keep asking for the quality of cleanliness to be improved since it was 3 of us staying in one room.We had to keep asking for basic things like glasses,tea bags ,sugar satches etc.
We did not have breakfast included.There are quite alot of cafes close to the hotel to have breakfast in.Its a better and cheaper option to have breakfast outside the hotel.The location is sterling and best place to stay to walk around and discover different parts of Lisbon.

This hotel was one of the very best I've ever stayed in, in different countries. Perfectly located in the center of Lisbon on a beautiful pedestrian street. Easy access to all kinds of transportation. Very quiet. Big and comfortable room, all sparkling clean. All the staff is very friendly, attentive and helpful. For breakfast there was a great variety of everything and everything was fresh and very tasty. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay. This hotel is highly recommended.
