How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The view could have been better.
The hotel staff were so kind and generous during my stay especially Humphrey. He was very professional and helpful. The rooms were properly cleaned and maintained. The WIFI was strong and good. The pool was also clean and manned throughout.

The ventilation system is noisy, the mattress is not great and the fire alarm system sensor in the roof of the room keeps on blinking with light during the night. Not the best sleep I had !
The room is great. The kitchinette is very practical and fully equipped.

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 We loved staying at Adagio hotel that was perfect on all levels…The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate,very comfortable, and always had a nice smell. Everything was provided really fast.We also loved the convenient location close to major attractions. We can’ymt wait to come back ! I highly recommend this hotel

The rooms & amenities are well catered for.
The stay was fantastic thanks to the smooth checkin.Additionally the rooms are clean and cozy with the hotel proximity to the airport and doha town being near.Thanks to the amazing hospitality kevin and not forgetting Austin and Hanif from concierge.The restaurant has amazing delicacies with thursdays offering asian cruisine and fridays the brunch .Amazing place .For sure My upcoming stay i will be at Ibis Doha.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Adagio Doha, and I must say that my experience was fantastic thanks to the exceptional service provided by two staff members, Humphrey and Fayyaz. I arrived quite late, and despite the late hour, both Humphrey and Fayyaz were incredibly welcoming, helpful, and kind. Their warm and attentive service immediately made me feel at ease after a long journey. They went above and beyond to ensure my check-in was smooth and that I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast options were also a highlight of my stay. The variety of choices was great, and everything was delicious and nutritious, setting the perfect tone for the day ahead. I also had the opportunity to enjoy the pool and gym, which were both top-notch. The facilities were well-maintained and made for a truly relaxing experience. I look forward to returning and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Doha.
