During our stay, we experienced multiple instances where we reached out to the reception desk for room service or inquiries, but despite being assured that they would call us back, they never followed through. This occurred on several occasions throughout our stay.

The hotel's location is unbeatable, offering easy access to attractions, dining, and entertainment. The rooms are impeccably clean and provide a high level of comfort.

I booked 3 rooms with half board I recommend you choose the highest apartment possible in a 52-story tower It was an incredible experience. I appreciated the hospitality of the staff and their warm welcome with a permanent smile. The breakfast buffet was very diverse with a large choice. Although the gym is a bit small, almost the necessary equipment was available with highly professional trainers and staff (Vimany, Godfree) There is also a sauna where I spent my favorite relaxing time.

Excellent experience!!! Great hotel And perfect service, we have booked apartment with 3 bedrooms. All the room are master, including made room, so total 4 rooms. with perfect price. A huge living area with a panoramic view of Doha, rooms with very good size, and you will have 6 bathrooms, Perfect for family, Many thanks for the stuff from the reception till the housekeeping.

I have been in this hotel with my family The hotel was nice with great rooms We stayed in 2 room suite. Ideal for family like me . We were 2 adults and 2 children. The room: Vert clean and nice decorated with spectacular views and all the comftable amenities. Special credits thay they have the washing machine. No worries about kids cloths getting dirty :) breakfast: It had everything~ Facilities: Dont miss the pool in the top floor They provide you towers Staffs; Everyone proffecional with smile! Special thanks yo the servicr manager Imen!!!! Lastly i would recomend cause this hotel had the best value for money! I was searching similar hotels to stay with my familly and concluded to this. Getting more than you expected. Thank you

When I was sleeping the housekeeping entered the room while I'm sleeping and turned on room light to wake up for cleaning the room, and it's unacceptable at all , not only one 3 time in the same day

1- bad smell in the elevator corridor. Floor 43 2- The indoor pool is located at the roof which is good to use in winter for the families and there are women hours 11am-2pmin Saturdays and Tuesdays . However , toddlers with pampers are using it which might be not hygienic. 3- The steam room wasn’t working.

1- The breakfast staff were helpful and friendly with my family , food selection was ok could be a bit better. 2- Located in quite area you barely hear any noise in the high floors. 3- Most of important kitchen amenities were available , microwave, spoons & dishes , two bottles of large water and a washing machine 4- Wide LG tv in each room with a high quality. 5- Around 15 mns from airport 5-10 mns from the downtown Msheireb. 6- Large and specious apartment for big family’s “ 3 bedroom “ one bedroom is the maid bedroom. 7- Easy and quick checkin and out . 8- Good furniture & materials used for room sound proof and isolation. 9- Lovely city & sea view for higher floors. 10- Nearby City Center mall Doha with large supermarket “ carrefour” and other shops cafes etc.
