I thought they should supply a small bottle of liquid/tablets/washing machine powder to assist with using the apartment. No where to dry clothes after washing. Dryer was on all the time. Swimming pool was nice but not warm for winter season. There was a mention of a kids pool in the description but no kids pool there. No jacussi also. Far from metro and other city hotels were closer

South AfricaThe room was terrible. Looked straight at the construction laying area which took over the sea view I had booked and was hoping for. The room also had a sour smell throughout my stay, like the air ducks were letting a terrible smell in. The hotel was fully booked so that’s what I was stuck with irrespective of booking months in advance and had pre-requested a room at a higher level when I made my booking back then. It was terrible.

Saudi Arabia1- I called many times before the check in and not answering, and if answered the answering by call center staff in cairo ?! Even the call center transfer the call no one answered 2- the major issue to me is (they did not provide a baby crib in the 1st two nights and i have a child his age 1 year , if the baby fell down from the bed who will be responsible for that they have consider it for the safety of babies , the hotel management shall consider the priority for the crib to the youngest child. And they have to address it to solve this issue. 3- lack of trash basket and tissue box in the living room and bed rooms and i don’t know why, 4- late to clean the room during the season, they shall have plan for that.
Honestly, the staff is very very helpful, nice and so kind , in addition they will do their best to help you to have a nice experience and this is reflecting their loyalty to the hotel to give a positive impression. And i say thank you for them.

LithuaniaVery poor practice in this hotel. Starting from the queues at the breakfast table to the fact that with half board, we were forced to eat New Year's dinner (cold dinner) in our room. We would definitely not return to this hotel. Poor and each day simillar breakfast. Uncomfortabile bed and pillows. We got a room at the beginning with cigarettes smell. During dinner you ask one type food (chicken with pita) you get different (chicken with fries) and etc. You need to wait very long then dinner is prepared and etc.

From the outset, the staff at the reception displayed unprofessional behavior, with an unwelcoming and rude attitude. Unfortunately, the situation worsened when we woke up in the morning to discover that we had been severely bitten by bed bugs. When we brought this matter to the attention of the reception staff during check-out, they showed a complete lack of concern or accountability. This experience is wholly unacceptable, and I am requesting immediate action to address these issues. Please provide a resolution at the earliest. Saudi ArabiaThe front desk change my booking reservation from 1 room suite to two bed room apartment, it is too big , myself and my wife only doesn’t need this big apartment. Also the room is ceramic and it is cold , no carpet on ground. The price is 1000+ QR, is too much for this hotel. The hotel is not rated as 5 star hotel at all. I were having other booking number for next two nights , but I cancel it immediately after check in first night .

BahrainI called before I made the booking on Booking.com about the TV if it has YouTube. The answer was yes, so I made the booking. When I arrived, the receptionist said there is no YouTube, and all Hilton properties do not have Smart TVs.. And because my special need child needs that for the stay, I had to tell them to refund the first night charge and cancel the booking. I put my family in the car to look for plan B. When they saw that, the receptionist manager called the Head of IT to activate the YouTube only for my room. So that TV is a smart TV and YouTube can be enabled with a matter of press on buttons in two minutes. If the Hotel makes the WiFi Internet available for free, why not simply activate the Smart TV features? It was so inconvenient and annoying. Activate the Smart TV for good sake, we are on the AI era!!!

There was no good reception. I arrived after midnight and I was exhausted. The employee was dealing with me arrogantly and accused me of not understanding English (with an Indian accent). The day before my departure, I had an emergency and had to leave early. They refused to refund the price of the remaining night and asked me to send an email to the reservations department, even though I was in a very bad condition. There was no willingness to cooperate and I knew from the bad way they treated me that they would not refund the money. I will not make another reservation in this place, no matter the price, because they do not know how to deal with guests. The cleanliness is very bad in the rooms. I asked to change the bed covers several times and they would bring an old cover with a bad smell and insects.

United Arab EmiratesBooking description and reality are very different. Despite the booking clearly stating the room would have a balcony, ocean view, and city view, none of these were true. Instead of the promised views, my room overlooked a parking lot, and to my surprise, the building didn’t have a single balcony. I had specifically requested that the room include all the amenities listed in the description, but it seems my request went unnoticed. Additionally, I had arranged for my friend to check in before me, a detail that was completely overlooked by the reception staff, causing her a frustrating hour-long wait. The reception’s claim of not receiving any information contradicts the communication made during the booking and payment process. This experience was far from what I expected and significantly impacted my stay.
