The air conditioning was very noisy in the bedroom, and didn't work at the same time in the bedroom and living room properly ,but personal said that they could fix it. The water pressure in the shower was weak.
We stayed here for 3 nights. The location is very good, quit. 15 minutes from the promenade and shops. The room is big, the view is awesome. The breakfast and dinner are good, especially dinner. The personal was very polite. In the kitchen there were oil and salt, thank you for that!

We loved the rooms, the size of the suite and the view. The staff was very friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel to friends and family if traveling to Doha.

The lady in the reception was very kind and helpful, we asked for a sea view and she upgraded us without any extra fees. And the room was very HUGE and comfortable it felt like home. We asked for late check out and it was kind of her to allow us to stay until 2pm

every thing starting from check in receptionist through room service and housekeeping to valet parking attendee. it was really 5 star hotel.

Saudi Arabia3 ReviewsVery Goodin the first evening we went to the restaurant for a dinner. it was Christmas eve so may be some restaurant staff were expecting only "certain guests" & we were given the impression "not welcome tonight". No good to pay money and being treated lower than others by people who are supposed to serve you. Make a closed event if you want to select guests!!!
The suite in first night was not quite due to construction on the side. Next day we asked to be relocated which was done for an additional price, but it was worth it & the 2nd suite was superb with great view The breakfast was very good, The staff in the morning very polite and welling to help. much appreciated :) :)
