United KingdomOur stay has been absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived at the Port lounge, the staff have been incredibly attentive. The room was spacious, the bathroom well-appointed, and it had all the amenities we needed. The hammam and massage at the spa were incredibly soothing and relaxing. A special thank you to all the staff who made our stay so comfortable, relaxing, and enjoyable with their warm hospitality. We’d like to mention a few names that stood out and made our stay even more memorable: - Tania from Guest services and Yigar/Louis who drive the karts, who ensured we were comfortable and took great care driving us around the resort. - The breakfast team: Vipin, Samuel, and Zeni, Sumeira, Basanta, Fattah, Mohammad. - Hammam: Kaung - And ofcourse the kind gentleman Lambardstar for ensuring our room is clean and tidy for us every day. My only criticism would be, I wish there was an 11am and 12pm boat out of the island. Currently they run 9am and 1pm onwards - which is not ideal for international flights at 3pm. But… they do have an option to use the staff boat at 10am if required. Would I return? Absolutely - it’s a nice getaway from the busy city and makes a great escape when transiting through Doha. 10/10 in all categories. From Room 2205 (17th to 22nd Sep 24)

United KingdomThe hospitality exceeded my expectations i am in Dubai on regular holidays this was my first time in Qatar and I was surprised how perfect everything could be at first I thought the hospitality in Qatar is excellent but no only on banana island staff sunita at breakfast brightens your day and mittu guru many more to name but I don’t remember names. Excellency at its peak and Insha Allah will be back soon with my family food breakfast everything was just beautiful
