We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

This Place is absolutely amazing. We booked the one bed villa with private pool and it was by far one of the nicest and cleanest places we have stayed. I can’t recommend this place enough it’s a truly memorable place that you won’t forget. I would definetly return to this island. Beautiful getaway and very nice staff to top it off. 5 stars plus from me.

Our stay at Banana Island was truly unforgettable! The location was peaceful, beautifully maintained, and offered the perfect escape. But what really made our experience exceptional was our host, Ronald. He went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. From the moment we arrived, Ronald made us feel welcome with his kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail. Whether it was giving us tips about the area or just checking in to see how we were doing, his hospitality was simply amazing. Thank you, Ronald, for making our visit so special — we’ll definitely be back!

United KingdomI don’t really write reviews, this is the first time I’ve felt a place is worthy of a review. Everything was amazing from start to finish. Staff went above and beyond to make it a memorable stay. Majid, duty manager ensured the accommodation met our expectations! Dodi and his team at adventure park were so supportive and encouraging during every activity! The staff, waiters and the valet and reception so warm and welcoming. The boarding ticket instructors were so friendly. Caddy drivers round the island were amazing and always had a smile on their face. Gardeners and engineers, again, despite the heat; were still smiling. Overall, staff were fantastic and made it a pleasant stay. Food was lovely, views were exceptional and plenty of facilities for all ages to enjoy!
