We did inform the staff to provide a bed for the kids three times, and the reception informed me that he would charge extra .. which, for me, is not acceptable at all We end up not paying for the extra bed, but it effect my rating

There are not enough dust bins in the room even though it's a suite which was booked. The bin was only in living room and none in bed room The access cards are not perfectly working

No maintenance is done for the bath room facilities . Water is leaking. One lamp is broken. Still the shattaf is very close to the toilet paper holder which causes injury to the quest

The breakfast choice was so bad. Some of the People serving on the breakfast dinning area doesn’t speak English properly. Also for four person they were only giving us one towel. I have to remind them everyday.

Soap dish in shower was rusty Shower cubical glass should have been cleaned a lot better Our room was not ready for us in spite of a very late check in we had to request towels, robes and bathroom stuff and it took its time to arrive. Service is slow but you eventually get what you needed The male jacuzzi was not in service Female sauna not in service Black stain in toilet bowl No massage therapists in the fitness centre

Paid extra for the executive suite as had hot tub, the only room that had one according to description. No hot tub in room but still advertised on website. Nice hotel but paid extra for something that wasn’t there

Although this hotel is very clean, the breakfast options are amazing, and the rooms are spacious, keep in mind that it is an older hotel, so it is not very modern. So if you are looking for a more upscale, modern hotel, this is not for you. However this is the perfect place for people who are just seeking for a bed, good breakfast and central location to do your daily sightseeing and going on adventures.

We were greeted and helped by very friendly staff, from checking in, having morning breakfast until our departure. The hotel room was quite spacious and we were always given extra coffee, tea and water upon requesting. It truly is worth the money.

The shower cubicle walls and floor could use more cleaning.

The housekeeping staff were very helpful, attended to our needs very quickly. Hotel location is accessible from airport via Red train line, Al Jadeda station is 2 mins walk away from the hotel. Room is spacious and clean. The tv was not working and the maintenance guy replaced it and made sure to fix it on the same evening. Bed was firm and comfortable.

The hotel is a little bit old fashioned, and the rooms aren't well sound-proofed, so you can hear a lot of noise coming from the hallway

The location is ideal, it's very close to a metro station making it easy to get to the airport and the city centre. The breakfast was good and the staff were very nice.

Food can be better and more dishes should be included in the Breakfast and also should change menu , someone staying for more than one day will definitely find it boring and monotonous.

The room we got was dirty, walls and windows included. The parking is unpaved. It is really hard for me to understand how they are not able to keep their rooms clean, as the building is new and the rooms are more than fine otherwise.

This is a nice building, rooms are decent in size and the metro is close by. Found free parking on the spot. Front desk staff was very friendly and effective.
