Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

QatarThe receptionists are not on post 24/7. I requested to be transferred to a double-bedded room but was vaguely denied without any reasons given. My friend from the UK checked in around 4 am and was not happy with the service. During check-in, the receptionist repeatedly asked for the reference number, disregarding the personal information already provided, even though it was clear my friend had come from a long flight. The room service was great, but we had to request toiletries such as slippers and toothbrushes, which should be readily available in a four-star hotel. Please improve customer service, especially for those assigned to the reception area. The person covering for the receptionist and the security staff were accommodating. Overall, the experience was good, but I will not consider returning anytime soon

SlovakiaThere are carpets everywhere so that was probably causing little smell in the rooms. It reminds me other hotel with carpets. Although it could be felt only when you come from outside so nothing terible, so I wouldn't consider it as big issue.
Good location, rooms and staff. Free and good wifi in whole hotel. Bathroom is good as well. Cleaning service was good as well.

LebanonHotel needs major renovation, Rooms are old with cracks in walls and tiles, Odor in hallways and in room closets, Curtains were dirty, Balcony door barely opens because of the rust, Found insects in the room, housekeeping only cleaned once maybe and the other days only changed towels, they didnt even clean or change the used cups in the room and didnt leave any tissues or toilet roll.
2 stars because they allowed us for early check in only

New ZealandGreat location, only a few minutes walk to the train station and minimart just on the corner. Lovely big room, comfortable bed and no outside noise. Though a little tired the room/bathroom was very clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We arrived at 4am so made our booking from the day before for 3 nights and messaged reception the day before to let them know what time we were arriving so our room was ready when we arrived.

United KingdomIt needs a proper refurb! Bathroom needs refurb as well. Hotel electricity switches did not work and the key card holder cover was falling off! On the second day, all of sudden the room collected lots of sands from nowhere. I did not feel a good vive.

NetherlandsHave two guys knocking in our room and one guy i dont know his name or one of the security is so rude.Telling that 12noon is the check out, and talking more in a not good way,Did’nt they know that i inform already to the receptionist if we can check out at 3pm and they allow us for late check out.Anyway in booking.com its written there that its early check-in and late check out until 3pm.that is why i book in this hotel.They should teach this kind of employee to treat their guest in a good way or atleast talk in a nice way.Guest will totally come back if the employee will treat them good.

Bangladesh- The room stinked. Made me nauseous the whole time. There were stains all over the carpet. I wonder if they ever cleaned it. - Worst bathroom I ever had in a hotel. They probably didn't spend any thoughts when placing the facilities in the bathroom. The commode collides with the door to the point that you have to hold the door with one hand while doing business. Otherwise the door will hit your legs. So stupid. - Bathroom looked quite dirty and moldy too. - Overall vive of the room was very depressing.

I arrived in the hours of the morning on a stopover and had to leave after a few more hours. I have never before received such considerate, polite, charming and excellent service as I did from the man on reception. He noted my forthcoming birthday and congratulated me, he arranged for my bags to be carried upstairs to my room, he arranged for a taxi and a wake up call when he addressed me by name. He even caarried my bag and put it in the taxi. The bed and linen were comfortable and very good quality. The air conditioning was very good.
