Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Rooftop pool.fine , if basic , no frills. Disappointing attitude We arrived at 6 am after the long haul through the night from Oz...me senior, companion mid 80s...reception would not allow us to enter thev.oom until.midday.. They wanted an extra night,s accommodation fee for early.entry DESPITE many rooms free..low occupancy. We were checkingbout at 7am next.morning...! Frankly I ve never experienced this before ...if room is ready ...go in ! We had nearly 6 hours'wait hanging about.

A special mention goes to Bridget, who assisted us during both check-in and check-out. She was exceptional—truly a standout team member. I had forgotten to arrange a to-go breakfast before checking out, and Bridget immediately offered to help. Within 10 minutes, she had it organized and even ran out to our taxi to personally hand it over. She went above and beyond, and I believe she deserves high praise. Bridget is a role model for what five-star hotel service should look like. To the management: Bridget is a true asset to your team and a testament to the quality of your hotel.

Saudi ArabiaI booked 3 rooms for 3 nights with family and I was forced to clear one of the rooms ASAP at 12 AM. they called me to clear the room just at 11:45 AM. we are family and it is very hard to move this fast. if they had informed me at least 1 day earlier to would be fine but calling people in the last minute and force them to clear the room is not acceptable. I think they should give more time for people who book more rooms as they are family or group and they need time to prepare to hand over the room

Staff were fantastic and helpful, they provided a late check out with no problem. The location was great and the hotel provides free passes for the quick walk to Doha Sands Beach club. The room was spacious, clean and an amazing free standing bath within it. The rooftop swimming Pool was also very good and towels are provided. The close proximity of City Centre Mall was also a bonus. I would definitely return to Dusit Doha and could not find one fault.
