Breakfast was good with different choice and very clean area to sit. All staffs were helpful and kind. Location was perfect for us as we found a Masjid just at the back of hotel and 5 to 10 mins walk to Mall.

We arrived around 2:40 pm. They told us we were early, so we expected to be checked in at 3 pm. However, we were given the apartment at 3:42. We lost valuable time since we were only staying in Qatar for one night. There was no one to pick up our luggage when we arrived to the hotel. There was no room service beyond 12 am. There is no concierge so we had to ask the reception, who were not always free.

The apartment was spacious, nice and clean. The location was not bad. The cafe in the lobby served good coffee. The guy at the reception helped us get an uber when we first came which was nice.

Please check the exhaust fan for master's bedroom there is bad smell coming out, and the water is spillage on the floor coming from shower area due to poor glass wall door is not properly tight.

The breakfast is excellent, many varieties to choose and location is accessible to all.. near city center and gasoline station.

Daily cleaning room service is not clean enough. They leave dirty dishes and dirty floor. They have only one restaurant. The breakfast options are not satisfying. Sometimes room services delay.

Sales specially Scarlet! She has no idea about customer service nor sales as I was interested in long stay offer which has been treated on a very arrogant and racist way but at the end I started the communication with different sales representative today which reflects my sincere intention and interest in Element hotel long stay

Reception and front office team are delightful and eager to help , the bellman is always there and smiling with a great positive energy

I would have liked more of a variety for breakfast options as I felt like it was quite limited.

The location and the cleanliness it’s perfect for families and staff are friendly and helpful. They also packed breakfast for us on the day we were leaving as it was an early morning flight and no other hotel/apartment I’ve stayed in has done this.

I requested baby cot several times before and during my 5 nights stay they kept saying it's not available even when I asked to bring it later whenever any cot becomes available but I never recieved one!

The hotel is new and the room is clean and the living room was very spacious. Staff are helpful and they usually attend your needs within 5 minutes. Breakfast was good. It's 30+ floors tower but there is 5 quick elevators. The sea view was really nice.

The closest metro station was a 15 min walk or 10 min bus, but it was not a big deal.

Amazing place , perfect location, only few things will make it perfect: - Outdoor Swimming pool - Breakfast menu was good but its the same everyday, one more thing prefer to add yogurt as second option of milk - Netflix is not included in the TV and we even couldn’t use chrome cast stick (hotel policy) - more coffee options in the room

Everything was amazing, the hotel, the facilities, the breakfast and especially the staff. Habiba at the coffee shop was exceptional nice and professional.

The break fast could be better than this. I would suggest to be in the top floor. Moreover, the swimming pool is not in open area.

The hotel is located at the center of Doha with partial view to the sea. The apartment that we took is new cleaned and big. Also, it has all needed dishes in the kitchen.
