Amazing experience. The staff were all very welcoming and attentive. With a little one and our first long travel, they made us feel comfortable and at ease! The location was great aswell. Great for travelling to all the main attractions (15mins mostly). The view from our room to the mosque was great and the little one loved sitting and watching the call to prayer. The rooms are spacious and clean. The room service were attentive always checking to see we were comfortable. Food options was pretty set for breakfast, but again the staff were amazing giving the little one porridge every morning specially made! So many great things and will definitely stay here if we visit again. A big thanks to the management and staff for making our first trip with the little one a memorable one!

The location was ideal for us. Everything we wanted to see was within good distance. The rooms were clean and tidy, all travellers were happy with them. The staff were exceptional - from security to room service staff, from the staff in the restaurant to reception staff. Finally, a mention for Fatima at reception. Had two interactions with her and she was always smiling and pleasure to speak to. On top of that, she’s an incredibly beautiful woman too.

The facilities were great for eg the washing machine however there was no where to dry the clothes after having washed them. So maybe a dryer or heated rail somewhere would work as there were no balcony in the 2 bedroom and 1 bed studio apartment.

Staff were very attentive and were always trying their best. Shanti checked us in and would often come and ask us if everything was ok. There was a slight issue with our room booking but was resolved straight away and we were happy with the outcome. Rooms were cleaned everyday and to A high standard. We would stay here again.

The view was awesome, the apartment was so nice, spacious and light. Bed was so comfortable and linen fresh and clean. Towels changed on a daily basis. Kitchen had all utensils needed. The room did not have a drying rack for clothes, but we asked and they provided. Breakfast that was included in the stay was fine, but if you needed an omelet of fried eggs you pay extra Qar 10. The pool area situated on the top floor is lovely. Zhen street kitchen on floor 1 must not be missed, the most tasteful and delicious Chinese food. You wont be sorry.

The breakfast was not the best, very small selection and I don’t understand if you have paid for breakfast in your package why we had to spend extra for omelettes/pancakes

The rooms were very spacious as well as the bathroom. There is also a kitchenette and an extra toilet, which is perfect for more people. It‘s also quite close to the beach and not far from the city.

Breakfast was good but pretty much same every day and not as much variety. But staff were realy nice.

The Masjid in front of tje hotel was fab. Staying in a newly built environment and being close to the City Centre Mall. Apartment was spacious and the beds were super comfy.Staff were all friendly. Wspecially Arafaat who gave us early check in and Mdudzi and Phew who welcomed us and always asked if we neeswd anything.
