Parking is very narrow and difficult to go out of car breakfast was good for the price but there is no trays , And the worst thing is that water was brown color, And when I complained they said they will fix it so I extended one more night but unfortunately was still have brown water.

bathroom a bit unclean around sink area, reception not very friendly (personal experience) had to carry 5 suitcases when checking out (travelling with young children myself) no answer from reception when went down the gentleman sitting watching videos on phone - this let down my full stay :(

No isolations between rooms, you can hear the neighbours while they closing the room door and very annoying you cannot sleep or relax The property offers breakfast but not including all options as the normal breakfast such as the cappuccino, latte ets are chargable and not considered part of the breakfast package (surprising)

Clean and nice hotel. Close to the airport, about 10 minutes, and very close to the corniche and flag square, only 4-5 minutes walk. The room is nice, tidy, comfortable, and modernly furnished. The bathroom is spacious and clean. The room price is very reasonable. On our first stay, we requested a junior suite with an extra bed. On our second stay, we requested the same room, but the kind and friendly staff provided us with a large suite with a balcony overlooking the Islamic Museum and the gulf. Our stay was very comfortable for a family of 2 adults and 2 children (8 and 12 years old). The rooms were comfortable, nice, and very suitable for us. We requested an extra bed and it was provided quickly. Thanks for the quick response. We stayed in the same hotel (for transit), one night for the outbound flight and one night for the return.

Wonderful stay near the metro and the museum I had a great experience at this hotel. The location is excellent, very close to the metro and the museum, which made getting around very easy. The food was delicious and everything was very well organized. I would like to give special thanks to the staff at the entrance of the hotel. Their warm smiles, kindness, and willingness to help made a big difference. They did their jobs with exceptional professionalism and made us feel truly welcome. I am writing this message right after having this terrible experience that I would not expect from any sort of accommodation business, and certainly not from an establishment like yours. I called the reception at around 8 pm to get some laundry done before leaving the hotel, the informed me that they will connect me with a laundry that provides delivery. The worker indeed arrived and picked up the clothes we agreed on an hour until drop off, however an hour passed and the worker is a no show, we waited some more then called downstairs yet no one picked up our call, we called again after some 15-20 minutes to no answer again we did that for about an hour, ONE HOUR AND A HOTEL RECEPTION DOES NOT PICK UP THE CLIENT'S CALL. we abandoned our missing to experience what Doha has to offer on an April Friday night. Than suddenly we got energized and decided to go on a mission to find what the mystery of a laundry worker disappearing with two thobs that would ill fit him and a shemagh, and a ghost ridden hotel reception or calls that connect to no man land. We tried calling one last time and to our surprise there was a voice on the other line. We asked about our clothes and the immense delay it's taking, they said they will call the laundry and get back to us. We waited again (we were getting better and better at waiting) and yet nothing. At approximately 10:40 we went down stairs and to ask about what could have occurred to cause this unfortunate situation, they guys at the reception advised that they were not able to connect to the laundry to ask, they however called Infront of us and the laundry picked up the phone instantly. I asked them not have the laundry drop off our clothes instead I wanted to go meet this "weekend night ruiner".

Breakfast was the worst I’ve ever seen 😅, chicken nuggets and pasta. No cold milk only hot. Really poor breakfast. But hey it’s free so I can’t complain too much.

We just want to share that the view from the room was half of the city and half of the wall of the hotel opposite. But it wasn't a problem for us, since our vacations are outdoors, not even looking out the window.

We were during The Ramadan. For this reason, there was only two breakfast options: American and Arabic. Both were fine for us, since all the restaurants in the city were closed until the end of the day. It was very close to the metro, which allowed us to move around the city easily. The room we were assigned was spacious, clean, and safe. The beds were comfortable. We liked it.
