Room service to be improved. There is no enough bath towel and welcome tools are not comfortable. There is no Microwave or Oven. We travel with the kids and we were expecting there would be a mini kitchen. At least they could have keep one microwave to heat the food. Swiming pool is not safe for Kids, there should be one fulltime attendant. Pool should be open till at least 11.P.M specially in Summer. Parking slots are not enough. Reserved parking should be allocated.

Location was very good and easy to access Corniche and Restaurant. Very nice Staff and really appreciate their hospitality.

It was utterly disgusting place it was dirty and filthy no towels, to my worst nightmare found some dirty lingerie in the toilet behind the door don't even know whom it belonged to and was the room used for something else

Rude security guys…they want me to park my car anywhere just because employees were using the parking spots…parking not enough compared to the price service was under expectation…had to fight several times to get room service bedsheet change and towel change…overall compare to the price we paid we were expecting better service.

The suite was not clean, the build quality was very bad, the corridor for the basement lift was without AC. Nothing in the pantry not a single spoon or small knife or glass, even trash 🗑️ been were without plastic bag. Only 1 towel in the bathroom.

- Breakfast options very limited. Not worth the cost, advertised in the hotel as having eggs, sausage, mushrooms etc. None of that was available. Options such as curry and chicken nuggets were available. Small option of melon and grapes too. - No milk alternative options. - Pool is very basic. No sun shade. 2 deck chairs in total. Expected more of this. - view from room was an alleyway with pigeons nesting. - Bed was clean but walls of the room were dirty. Walls hadn't been wiped down. Some sort of splatter around the AC control & just generally in need of washing or repainting. (Room 302) - Problem on checkout which I'm still unsure what happened. Needed to checkout at 18:00 for a flight, reception said they couldn't do this. Ended up just leaving, as i had a flight to catch. - Advertised as a 4* which i feel it was not. I would have been happy knowing it was more 3* with the levels of cleanliness, dated pool facilities and limited breakfast options.

The dirty pool my nephew got allergies after swimming there and never got back again . The staff are very slow in service need more staff. We asked for towels at night said they dont have towels until morning time!! We asked for an extra bed they made us wait couple of hours then said we have to pay first !! Many people smoke in the hallways and we told the staff to let the managers know they didnt do anything i couldn’t sleep because the smell comes from under the door and had to put towels under the door to try to sleep .. not having many options for breakfast. Will never go again there thank you

The hotel location is so ideal as its a short walking distance to the Cornishe promenade. It is also close to Metro and many supermarkets and restaurants are nearby. The hotel rooms are lovely and comfortable with all facilities working excellently. The staff are very kind, professional and so supportive. Appreciation to Ms Roumdissa at the front desk for her exceptional support. I had a late night flight and the hotel was kind to grant me a late checkout also. I have adopted Royal sherao hotel as my home as I will stay here when next am in Doha.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel! Mrs. Rumaissa was incredibly nice and helpful throughout my visit. She went above and beyond to assist me with booking an UberX and provided great advice on local attractions. She even coordinated with a driver for a trip to the sand dunes in Qatar, which was an amazing experience. The food at the hotel was delicious, and am truly enjoyed the meals. However, I would love to see more international cuisine options, such as pasta and other specialties, to add more variety to the menu. In terms of cleanliness, the hotel was impeccable. The baggage staff were very helpful and ensured my luggage was well taken care of. I also loved the spacious bathrooms, which included a bathtub and a mini wash area for wudhuk. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this hotel. Thank you for making my visit so memorable!

The staff accused of breaking their toilet. The base of the toilet had a crack in it and we were accused of doing this. We were then given a £400 bill to pay at the end of our stay and were not allowed to leave by a female manager. She was very rude. A different manager looked into the matter and we showed him a video of when we first arrived. He kindly let us go and said it’s ok do not worry, I will sort it out. I would never come back again. To be accused of something you didn’t do is not right!!!!

For 2 nights that we spend in Doha, even I asked to clean the room at the reception and left, no one was there tro clean. They braught new towels after my call to reception. Quolitu of appliences is poor. Old bathroom. Needs to be renovated.
