Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

United KingdomLovely hotel, with very spacious rooms. We booked 3 rooms and they gave us rooms right next to each other, which was very convenient. The hotel is a quick and cheap uber ride away from all the main attractions, you could walk to some places if you wanted but it was way too hot. The staff are friendly and the cleaning staff cleaned our rooms everyday. It was really nice to come back to our rooms cleaned after spending the day exploring. The hotel also has a rooftop swimming pool upstairs, which was nice. There are also segregated hot tubs for men and women as well as a gym. All in all, I would definitely book this hotel again if I were to come back. We really enjoyed our stay. I definitely recommend this hotel to everyone, it was a straight up 10/10.

GermanyHowever, there are a few areas for improvement. The windows could be cleaned more frequently, and the couch had some stains that seemed permanent. Additionally, the bathroom could be a bit larger to enhance overall comfort.
We booked this hotel for a one-night layover and were pleasantly surprised to receive an upgrade to a suite. The suite was clean, spacious, and offered plenty of storage and surface space. The bed was very comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The food at the restaurant was delicious and added to the positive experience.

United KingdomI recently had the pleasure of staying at the Golden Tulip Hotel in Qatar, and I must say, my experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel truly welcomed. A special shout-out to Hamza Javed, the Duty Manager, who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and memorable. One of the highlights of my stay was the dining experience. The hotel is home to Sarhad Premium, an outstanding Pakistani restaurant that serves some of the best food I’ve ever tasted. The authentic Lahori flavors were incredibly rich and delicious – words can't quite capture the depth of taste. It was a delightful culinary experience that I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Doha. For food lovers, this place is a must! The service at the restaurant was also impeccable. Miss Aisha, the restaurant manager, was incredibly helpful and attentive, making sure every detail was perfect. Additionally, Santosh provided excellent customer service throughout, always going the extra mile to ensure our needs were met. As for the hotel itself, it offered everything I needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The staff, facilities, and overall atmosphere were top-notch, and I will definitely be returning in the future.
