Bed felt wet.... Toilet was wet with big stain of water. They said on check in that house keeping will clean it but nobody showed up.... I asked for smoking room and ashtray, again no body came to bring ashtray.... Ot was only one night stay thats why I didn't bother as it was only one night stay

I extended my stay and payed for it on the first day. I had someone knocking on the door in the middle of my stay asking about check out. When I told him I extended my stay, very rudely he said you need to pay for it first!! I spoke to the reception and they said initially they could not find the proof tor the payment that is they have sent someone which was not professional at all. Anyway, they said they are sorry for that.

The check in was very easy. Yatti was really helpful at the reception. It is clean and has perfect location.

I believe the hotel is in need of some maintenance work.

The hotel is excellent, with the swimming pool, jacuzzi, and sauna all in perfect working condition. Unfortunately, the steam room was out of service during my stay. The staff, especially Ms. Nermin, were incredibly friendly and helpful. The reception team was also very accommodating. When I had an issue with the AC in my room, they promptly moved me to a better suite. The valet service was efficient, although there were challenges managing the large number of guests during Eid. Also, the breakfast was very good. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience at the hotel.

Only thing is I book deluxe room with two bed but it was not enough for 2 adults and 2 kids , which they gave me . It’s good for 2 adults only . My one kid was 13 year old and second kid was 7 year old . We felt little uncomfortable while sleeping .

The carpets need to be cleaned . The shower 🚿 water is there weak. Ac hard to control.

Breakfast could have been fresher and it was a shame that the pool area did not get the sun in the right area.

Overall the hotel was excellent for the price point. The staff were all amazing. The porter on the day shift was always friendly and positive and our waiter at breakfast was also really helpful and friendly. Our room was very big and had everything we needed. Even though we were facing the main road we could not hear the traffic in the room, which we were a bit concerned about. Being on the 5th floor may have helped with this. The pool area is quite small and does not get the sun on the side of the sun beds, which meant we had to go out to the beach daily. We did enjoy the variety this offered us and tried different beaches and hotel day passes. The breakfast was not great and lacked freshness. This was mainly due to ramadan and the hotel being quite quiet. It would have been better if they served a fresh breakfast based on individual requirements during this period. It would save on wastage and provide a fresher breakfast. The selection was ok but by the time we arrived it had been out for a few hours. The juice was also more like cordial than juice. We would definitely recommend this hotel based on cost, service and the size and comfort the room offered.
