How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Great hotel right on the beach, with excellent facilities and very friendly staff. We felt very comfortable. We were there in June 2025, and it coped well with the heat.

The staff was literally incredible, special thank you to Kamal, Philip, and all the staff at the restaurant, the concierge and the lady at the reception desk. We felt taken care of and respected. The food was incredible and of good quality, fresh sushi, seafood, local cuisine. The location of the hotel is perfect, the beach is clean.Thank you for making it an amazing stay!

That i couldn't charge things to my room and pay at checkout. I had to pay for room service on the spot.

This is honestly one of the best hotels I have stayed in. I booked a twin room on half board. The buffet restaurant is amazing and has a different theme each night so I never got bored of the food choices. The included free cans of soft drinks were a bonus too. The room was big and spacious and came with air con, a fridge, a big TV and free water every day. The pool and beach are both great and have lots of seating around them. I was able to arrange some trips through the concierge which was very convenient. The location is optimal, only a 20 minute drive from the airport and there is a metro station within walking distance allowing easy trave to the city centre. A special thank you to the cleaning staff who looked after my room and to the staff in Coral restaurant who always provided an amazing service and remembered my name each time I went in. I cannot recommend this hotel enough and I will definitely stay here again next time I am in Doha.

Rooms in the first floor are noisy when there is a party on the swimming pool. Their sea view is not really worth the price. Thier price should be lowered than higher floor rooms The breakfast restaurant is OK but very crowded and needs better arrangement and better food quality The extra bed not comfortable at all and noisy
The hotel is excellent and comfortable The staff were very helpful welcoming and deal with guests respectfully. Specially Babonay in reception she tried her best to serve our needs and moved us to higher level room with excellent view

Breakfast was ok, but too busy and not well organized . i think you need a bigger room or restaurant . the Belgium Cafe need to import fresh mussels , and better oyster's

Checking out they locked us out of our room and when we went to reception to activated our card they let us wait 30 minutes and told us we can stay for up to 30minutes only to fix our things and leave. I mean I hope they assist us immediately so we dont need to rush.
We love the breakfast and dinner included. Love the swimming pool and beach as well. They provided us towels and cold water in the pool. The pool was cold even in the hot weather which is very refreshing. Our room is nice and clean. Food was exceptional! They also have different theme every night which is great! Special mention also to Phillip from the coral restaurant for assisting us always in the buffet area! Very accommodating and always have a smile when serving😊

The rooms are outdated. They would need a refresh and beds needs replacing. The matteres had indents.
The location is perfect! Just 5min ride to Katara Village, and everything reachable very easy by taxi. It has its own private beach with sunbeds, towels and free water so its perfect for those who want to relax. Had options for drinks and restaurants. The nice hightlight is new towels every day. Byredo soaps, body lotions and other products. Good gym, and amazing breakfast and dinner selection.

really have no complaints
suite was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was good for a buffet. Did not use beach or pool. Loved the bath and bathroom products--Byredo is a great brand! Also had an amazing facial with biologique recherche products.

Nothing really, though it would have been good for the Pool bar to be manned regularly offering daily specials and menu options, mock/cocktails etc
The ultimate experience, amazing staff, great food, nothing was to difficult. The Coral breakfast buffet and the staff were exceptional, Dinners offered many delicious options. The Belgium cafe and bar was great for sports and entertainment. Pool was the perfect temperature, plenty of sun and shade areas, access to shopping and sights a cheap short taxi ride. Definitely a return destination.
