Small things that could have been a bit better - I found the pillows too soft, bathroom doesn’t really have much ventilation and toilet could have had a shower spray (rather than a separate bidet).

Almost everything! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the IC. The staff are absolutely incredible, especially the Coral staff who doted on our little boy and made him feel so special. The hotel has great facilities - gym, pool, restaurants, private beach, big spacious rooms. Location is great and it’s easy to get to the ‘touristy’ spots using an Uber. We opted for half board and dinner has a good enough variety without confusing you with too many options. We’d definitely come back to IC and recommend it to friends and family!!

Had to get an Uber to go anywhere. Although they are very cheap and efficient. Doha is not for walking. Expensive restaurants on site.

Comfortable room and nice bathroom. Had its own pool and private beach area. Very large choice for breakfast. Other Restaurants on site. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

- no bidet in rooms, kid's corner in the buffet is limited and repeated, the shortage and attenton of waiters at times in the buffet with less supply of cutlery.

- Staff courtesy, flexibility in check-in and out times, the beach and pool facilities with high safety and vigilance, the restaurants, and vreakfast buffet, spacious connecting rooms as requested.

Some of the furnishings are a bit dated in the property but it is still excellent value for money, we didn’t experience any issues during our stay!

Beautiful lobby, quick check in and check out services. Coral restaurant served good quality options and the waiting staff were friendly and attentive. Beach and pool are well maintained. Special shout out the waitresses at Coral who always greeted us with a smile, kept my baby entertained and were super friendly: Shanny, Jane, Trish, Pauline, Hiba and Tsulufeli. Big thank you for making us feel so welcome during our stay!

Friday morning the hotel is full, time your breakfast or wait. Hotel may consider expanding the dinning area to enclose the current covered terrasse and put more table on the uncovered terrasse for smokers. This would greatly increase seating area greatly.

Great staff in general. Beach access is great though maybe the area requires more shade. In the afternoon it is great as pool and beach area are in the shade.

We felt the kid pool could do with some more entertainment, some sort of slide or spray thing to occupy the kids more whilst in the pool.

The service in the Coral restaurant is exceptional. We had Jane serve us all week and she was just exceptional. Attentive and made our you son (2) feel very welcome and safe. We really enjoyed our experience at the hotel.

The service at the pool and breakfast was not very good ( probably due vacation busy week)

The hotel is located directly at the beach with beautiful pool and exceptional vue on the Corniche. Very central between the neighborhoods of The Pearl, the cultural village and The Corniche and less than 3 minutes from Hamad international airport. The lounge is amazing

The prices of soft drinks were very expensive. 5 times more expensive than local restaurants. I would expect to pay more for alcoholic drinks, but soft drinks, like Pepsi, should be cheaper, and you would sell more.

The staff were amazing. Very attentive and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Food was high quality. The pool areas were clean. Our room was serviced most days.

Wonderful resort with helpful, friendly and professional staff. Ideal place to both relax on the private beach and pool and explore Doha/Qatar. Within walking distance from a metro station, but taxis are very cheap and efficient. The staff goes the extra mile. Wonderful stay!

One of the best experiences I have every had. Family like atmosphere, fast reaction of the personnel if I had asked for something, good quality of food, quite place, nice clean beach. Lovely hotel that I will definitely stay at again.
