The room was exceptional. Check-in staff went out of their way to ensure efficiency. Thank you to everyone from the baggage handlers to the airport shuttle drivers who maintained perfect punctuality. Room service at 23:30 operated flawlessly with impressive efficiency. For anyone with a stay in Doha or long transfer, this booking is essential.

Breakfast had a wide variety, tasty and great fresh fruits and juices Rooms big, spacious and clean was happy during my stay as I didn't experience any allergies due to great room condition. Has free airport transfers, it was very welcoming to see the team meet us at the airport. Very helpful team members, the staff were very accommodative of our requests like help get a uber/taxi etc. The refunded the utilized breakfast amount as I checked out at Midnight. Very accountable, great value. Grateful to the Choices restaurant team for awesome service and going the extra mile to make our breakfast time worth it. Our last dinner was amazing, you got us sumptuous options from the menu. Asanteni sana!

We could not open the little drawer to make complimentary tea, did not feel like calling down to reception to get it fixed. Airport shuttle in the morning was packed. Glad we got downstairs early to get a seat. These are minor things, and we would stay at this hotel again, it is beautiful.

Our airline delayed our flight, and we booked last minute. It was so easy and affordable. This hotel is absolutely gorgeous, modern and clean. It exceeded our expectations. Our room was large, with high ceilings. We had to call reception for an extra robe; there was only one in our room. They delivered so fast. There was an iron and ironing board already in the room. They had tea and water in the room, but we could not open the little drawer to get the tea out. Hotel staff was so helpful. We ordered room service, and the food was delivered so fast, and everything was hot and priced well. The hotel was a 15-minute taxi ride from the airport. From what we can see there was not much around in walking distance to eat, but there are several restaurants inside the hotel to eat. We used the free airport shuttle in the morning. It was packed, so get down to the lobby early to secure a seat. I would stay here again, highly recommend.

The hotel was much farther from the airport than both Booking and GoogleMap led me to believe. I thought I would be able to walk across the street, but it’s actually a 15-minute shuttle ride. Also, the free shuttle only runs once an hour, which is not enough, especially if you have a flight in the wee hours.

The pool experience could have been better, my son felt it fell a bit short

The shuttle service to and fro to the airport was super convenient. Loved the breakfast spread, the hummus and lemon pickle was to die for, raided them every day I was there! The room was fairly spacious and enjoyed my stay there

The cafe where they serve tea/coffee and cakes is grossly overpriced. The cost of a cup of tea and a cake was almost the same as a full buffet breakfast.
