There wasn't anything really that I disliked

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the city center mall, which made exploring the area so convenient. The staff were friendly, pleasant, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. A special mention goes to Omar, the line duty manager, who truly made our stay exceptional. He was attentive, approachable, and ensured that every detail was taken care of. His warm personality and genuine care for guests stood out, making us feel valued and well looked after. Omar went above and beyond to see to our every need, always with a smile and a personal touch that made our experience unforgettable.

Delux King Room is not big enough for a family of 4 ( x2kids) Room service did not clean. Only left towels for 2 people We had to constantly call housekeeping for milk and coffee

Great location, a few meters from a Metro station and a large shopping mall. Very good room, clean and spacious. But it's pretty overpriced. For the price we paid, you can get more modern and luxurious accommodation. The breakfast was very good and the Moroccam staff working in the restaurant were absolutely phenomenal! Namely Aissam, Mourad, Youssef and Abdel. The lady at the restaurant reception, her name is Mumtaz, was incredibly nice and kind as well

The lobby lacked any activities even tho the hotel had space for it.

I had a wonderful stay at the Pullman Hotel. The location was perfect, situated in a vibrant area with easy access to nearby attractions. One highlight of my stay was their spicy pink sauce chicken pasta—it was absolutely delicious! The flavors were perfectly balanced, with just the right amount of spice. I’d definitely come back just for that dish and amazing overall fantastic experience!

The room that was given the first night did not meet our expectation and did not match the description advertised during the booking. Although It was changed the second night, the first "bad" impression we felt, took some time to disappear!

Didn’t note anything wrong about the hotel itself. The location isn’t the most central in Doha but there are 2 very easy to access malls nearby with all the amenities.

Exceptional welcoming, was quickly upgraded when they saw I had a family. The suite was unbelievable nice. Modern amenities, nice view, very spacious. Perfect for families. Room service came very quickly and food was on average delicious. The night room service team was super friendly, they allowed me to make one exceptional order due to my special condition and even apologised by sending me 2 free juices as they were 5 minutes late for the delivery. Thanks a lot guys!! Very good value for money.

Compared to the hotels in the City Center Mall side, this hotel is across the street and the room rates are suddenly(?) cheaper this time. Nevertheless, it was a very comfortable hotel, the staff were so polite and the breakfast was excellent. The only difference is whether you use exit 2 or exit 3 (this side) of the subway station (DECC). (And there is another shopping mall next door across a narrow street.)

We need currency exchange The hotel does not cash in Saudi riyals There is no microwave in the room and I went to use the one in the restaurant he refused because the food was not affiliated with the hotel
