Breakfast pricing was rather steep given the alternative offerings just across - at the city mall. We did more with 75 Riyals/ person than we could have done at the Pullman.

Proximity to the DECC metro, city mall and other fabulous tourist sites. In addition, the Price value for each room was within budget.

Although I do understand this was only for this period. The only things that put a damper on our stay was the fact that we didn’t have access to the Spa or pool because they were closed for renovation. We had to leave the hotel for any type of entertainment. When you are on vacation with kids, you can’t keep them cooped up in the hotel room all day with nothing to do. We also were not impressed with the snacks and offerings in the Executive lounge. It was very meager and nothing special. I didn’t bother with it most times. I only went twice throughout my stay. There was more variety in the regular restaurants downstairs.

I loved everything about this hotel, the location was very central, close to everything with 2 lovely malls close by. The rooms and bathrooms were spacious, nice and clean. The staff were all friendly and welcoming especially the Concierge, always ready and willing to help with any request.

In booking.com it was not mentioned clearly enough during the booking process, that the swimming pool was under construction work and was not available for use at the hotel. But the hotel’s reception/front desk staff made their best and even more, to offset this. So, special thanks for the kind and very thoughtful staff. The service was amazing.

Staff at checkin wasn't very warm - something just off with her attitude. Also the cost for early checkin was almost the same price as the entire room cost, which I found a bit cheeky given that I had to check out at 5am for a flight, so really spent the same amount of time in there as a regular guest staying for a night with normal check in/out times. Other staff were fine though. Shower was bad - kept leaking through the door, bathmat placed in front of the shower door meant that the door would not open properly, toiletries on the wall fell off. The TV was such a faff that I had to call the front desk to get someone to come and turn it on, and I'm a fairly technologically adept person.

Great location right by DECC metro, and not too far from the airport if needing to take an Uber. Gorgeous room and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Beautiful hotel in general.

We booked a room for a family of four. Two adults and two small children. We were offered a room with double bed. They charged us an extra 30 euros a night for a single bed. They also allow for only one additional bed. For the same amount of money, other hotels offer bigger rooms. Swimming pool was closed for maintenance for 45 days. Swimming pool was a main factor for the hotel selection. They offered pools at alternative hotels. The closest was 10 minutes away by car. Did not end up using the pool at the other hotels. Other hotels offer similar locations, larger family rooms for similar price or less.

- pool was being serviced for 45 days. It was not announced on booking.com. The pool was the reason why I picked the hotel. They offered an alternative pools but the closest was 10 minute drive. - had to pay 30 euros a night for extra bed for the kids. For the same amount of money or less , other hotels in Qatar offer two bed room suits.

- location - clean - city view from the 22nd floor - excellent luxury room.

They didn’t mention that the is a maintenance in swimming pool When i go there the swimming pool was closed.

I booked this hotel especially for the pool area and wasn’t aware that it was under construction. The alternative options were to book a time for a pool at other hotels which were not walking distance away.

The breakfast area was beautiful with lots of options. The room was stunning I couldn’t have been more comfortable. The staff were very kind and polite.
