A lot of the onsite facilities were closed (this isn’t advertised). Personally, this is a very dated property by today’s standards. Needs money spending on it. Gym needs to be looked after (change towels, empty bins).

The device that controls the lights and the AC is very dated, and you can barely see what the buttons are supposed to represent.

The staff was very friendly, the hotel was easy to get to, and the parking was plentiful. The room was huge, and the spacious bathroom had a bathtub AND a separate shower. The AC was comfortable, and the whole vibe was really pleasant. The singing waiters at "The Italian Job" are exceptional and give an unforgettable experience.

1) It took a long time for me to figure out the light system in the room. It would help a lot if the guy who takes you to the room would show that this is the control panel for lights and airconditioning. I had to call the reception in the middle of the night because of that and even the lady there didn't know to guide me. Light control panel was very dirty. 2) I know its a muslim country but the beer is WAY too expensive. 3) I had too short visit. Next time I will stay longer for sure ❤️

Excellent service. Comfy rooms and bed. Nice pool area. I left my hat next to the ATM machine and the man downstairs noticed that and I got it back very quickly.

Nothing!! Breakfast was a joke. The sitting in restaurant was unclean and uncomfortable. Nothing was there much to eat. Quality of food especially fruits were so poor. Not much choices. Price charged didn’t provide any value for money. The prices quoted by booking.com are way to high than standards provided at Hotel. Booking.Com is also responsible in cheating customers like me. I am rude yes because what did I pay didn’t payback.
