Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomArrived early morning and I have mentioned that before arriving the hotel. However when I arrived the hotel they don’t know anything about it. Receptionist wasn’t helpful and keep saying same thing again and again. Finally I have to wait, funny things this kind of 5 star hotel usually offer welcome drinks and try to comfort the customer but I didn’t see any sign of it.

United KingdomThe room temperature set to freezing when you arrive. It's january and Doha gets to mid 20's centigrades, no need to have a room set at freezing. And the mattress... oh the mattress.. horrible, sinking in the middle and way to soft (we are not heavy people (48kg and 65kg) Had to have 2 chiro appointments upon my return and might need a 3rd one to fix the damage of a few hours in that mattress
Stop over - arrived at 7ish am and leaving at 22h - we knew we had to pay for early check in but they try to charge us double of the price agreed prior arrival. Once I saw the email then the price agreed was the amount we paid. The staff is lovely.
