Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Excellence customer service. I was on a 19 hour layover and checked in at 8am then out at 2200 same day. Staff orgsnised free shuttle to airport and randomly phoned me during the day to check if i needed anything. Clean pool facilities.

It is a quite and peaceful location that is accessible to almost all routes. The staff were friendly, professional and know their job very well.

United KingdomThe facilities in the rooms are a bit rundown. For example, there was a very old console which is supposed to control the lights in the room, but it didn't work. I could only turn the lights off by taking my key card out of the slot by the door - which meant having to get back to bed with my phone torch!
I booked the Radisson Blu as I was unexpectedly delayed and needed somewhere to stay at the last minute, and this hotel allowed me to check in much earlier than many others. The staff were all really friendly and helpful, and there were a lot of choices for food and drink. My room was enormous, and even though you're not far from the main roads it was really quiet. It also has a free airport transfer and great wifi. I had to leave for my flight very early so I didn't get to have breakfast, but the hotel allows you to book at a room-only rate.

This must be the 5th/6th time in this hotel. First and foremost the staff are just great….always a greeting and always helpful and efficient….from check in to check out and all points in between. With the start of Ramadan, understandably facilities are scaled back but there is still excellent f and b service available, ( superb dinner in Chingara tandoori restaurant) the pool is huge and well maintained as are the gyms, both of which are very well equipped. Add to that a very convenient location. Many thanks for giving me a great base for my business visits. Ramadan Kareem to all.

The hotel was very good but i get mad from the front desk lady she called samira really i come early and i ask her to give me room she told me i cant ill give u room by 3pm i told her how come from 8 am to 3 pm ill will wait she said i cant do anything then i go out take my coffee then come back by 11 i find other girl i ask her if have room she said yes and she give me the room and also have alot of guests she give them room so why the first lady do that with us ???!!!
