All was very good! Restaurants are nearby. Just the breakfast area is in the other building. But there is hallway to walk to the breakfast area.

The staff esp Ethel and Nandana are very accommodating. Also other staff are always ready to help. The whole experience was great! My kid enjoyed the pool.

Didn't see a single arabic speaker staff during the stay.. not very good if the hotel target Arabic clientele. This also resulted in one of the breakfast items was tagged " bacon, and in Arabic "Pork"), when I asked the staff, they confirmed that it's beef and apologised. I noticed that "google translate" was used in some signs.. again, no Arab speaker

Very friendly staff.. C/in was smooth, my name was mentioned only once during the process. Escorted to the room by the smiley and very welcoming "Nandana", who also assisted in our room change, and the departure I asked for room key twice during the stay, in both reception agent confirmed the name.. good security awareness Pool is great and quiet (few tiles got some dark mold in between), kids pool is noce also and the slide is great and safe (new or recently renovated) Breakfast staff are kind and welcoming C/out with smiley Lhica I absolutely loved the stay

The beds in the room are quite small, accommodating only one person comfortably. However, aside from that, everything else about the room is great.

Despite the hotel's minor outdated appearance, their customer service truly stands out. They went the extra mile by arranging airport pickup and a private limo for our departure. The staff's friendliness was evident when my daughter left her backpack in the airport shuttle; they promptly retrieved it from the driver and brought it to our room. The breakfast spread was impressive, offering a diverse range of delicious options. Our brief stay at the hotel was thoroughly enjoyable.

The bed was absolutely to die for! Most comfortable bed I’ve slept in for a long time. The accommodation has a free shuttle which is amazing. We did only sleep here for one night during our transit time but was close enough and super comfortable to stay. Also has 24/7 room service too

The only gripe I have is the little foil stickers on the toiletries provided. They are totally unnecessary (eco friendly? Not) it makes it really hard to peel off when your hands are wet and impossible to get off when the foil is not stuck on properly. Do reconsider removing them altogether for the environment and user convenience.

Stayed for a 16hrs layover in Doha. The entire experience with the hotel has been pretty amazing. From the moment I made the booking, the process has been smooth and fuss free. The hotel was super responsive responding to my free airport pick up request. Was greeted by a smiley Tony at the airport, then driven by Mr Singh who gave a scenic little tour on the way to the hotel, pointing out the markets and what was interesting in Doha. Checked in by a very efficient and wonderful Chrislynn who was helpful and welcoming. Room was nice, clean and bed comfortable. Bathroom was equipped with a bathtub and two different shower heads. Packets of coffee and tea were also provided along with 3 bottles of water. They even popped by with a pack of apples and cookies! The hotel came equipped with full amenities of gym, swimming pools, tennis courts and restaurants. Fast food joints can be found across the building if you’re feeling peckish.

They allow kids to play in the adult pool where the bar is located it’s so annoying having a drink or reading a book in an expectedly quite adult pool while kids screaming and splashing around

I signed up for the executive lounge, you get two special drinks each and snack’s between 5 and 7 in the gin bar. I would much have preferred if we could have moved around some of the other bars and restaurants in the hotel, there was a great selection of restaurants but I felt we were tied to the gin bar because we had paid extra for the club. The food was lovely but could get monotonous if you were there for a few days

Great hotel, always lovely and cool( badly needed in the heat) rooms and bathrooms a great size, and staff are what made this hotel great, friendly and welcoming always greeted u with a smile
