Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Every staff member I interacted with was professional, warm, and genuinely attentive to every detail of my stay. One of my favorite features was the in-room digital tablet system that controlled lighting, curtains, room service, and more with a single touch. It was high-tech but very user-friendly. Every piece of furniture felt custom-designed for comfort and elegance. The bed was a cloud—by far one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on. Raffles Doha is not just a hotel, it’s an unforgettable experience. I would return in a heartbeat and recommend it to anyone looking for a luxury star stay in Qatar.

IrelandAn absolutely fantastic hotel. The rooms are absolutely gorgeous and the experience is unmatched. All the staff we interacted with, from Fred at the door to Abdul in reception, were absolutely brilliant - so kind, friendly and helpful and made us feel right at home, offering us recommendations and answers to all our questions. My only complaint about the hotel would be the room service. We ordered one time for some drinks (3 mocktails and 2 karakh) and it took more than 45 minutes to be delivered!

İ liked everyrhing. İ admired everyrhing. İt is a fantastik hotel. May ve there is anywere a better hotel, but hardly a more souful. The personel is beyond any praise. I would especially like to thank the two young men at the reception who helped me check in on 24.03. One of them is called Ze, he is from Myanmar. My sympathies to his compatriots in connection with the events that took place in his country. Unfortunately, I do not know the name of the second one. He is a tall, handsome man. They provided me with such a wonderful room, a stay in which I will probably never forget for the rest of my life. It was a real gift for my birthday

KuwaitThe butler did not answer every time we called (we usually call once a day, at the end of the day when we order out). Regarding the checkout we asked for a late checkout which was approved but the electricity was cut off from the room anyway, so we needed to remind them and they turned it back on.
The staff were very friendly. The hotel look and feel were luxurious. The amenities and services were very useful (specially the butler service). The bathroom was high end with nice technology. The view and the huge balcony were amazing.

United KingdomTV was bad. Limited choices of channels and no access to streaming apps (Netflix, Prime, etc). Casting option was faulty so we couldn’t use the tv at all. Mini fridges did not close properly so items were not cooled. Tea cups were not replaced after cleaning so could not make coffee the following day.
Beautiful interior and amenities. Butler and concierge services were very helpful and made our stay even more enjoyable! Honeymoon surprise was very nice and appreciated. Views from the balcony were exceptional.
