When I arrived, I asked if early check in was possible. Usually I am used to them saying either yes or no (when room isn’t yet cleaned and available). But this hotel requested an early check in fee, which I have never heard of in my life. In the end, I didn’t have to pay it, but I don’t even understand what the fee was for, since the room I had already reserved and paid for was ready and cleaned and prepared so I could just enter. Why would I pay an extra fee, if the room is ready? But when I came in, the room was horrible. Worn down, dirty… the first thing I saw, was a silverfish hanging on the curtains. When I opened the small window, there was a wall right in front, and barely any light entered the room. Despite keeping the bathroom door closed, from the bathroom, a bunch of drain flies would enter the hotel room and fly around me and the bad and into my face. Which also was the case in the bathroom, which smelled bad. There was also hair from someone else lying on the floor. In addition, the AC sounds like an industrial one, so you can’t really have it on because you can’t sleep with that noise. I didn’t tell hotel staff because every time I asked them something, they weren’t keen to help, so I just figured it wasn’t worth the effort to try and upgrade, since I think I got the exact room I had booked, it was just much worse than the photos. Can’t say much else, wouldn’t go there again nor recommend it.

I staid with my kid but we got smoking room and we smelled cigarets - this thing wasn’t nice at all for us. Also above our room was some large cooler or AC which makes a lot of noise and it was very loud at night.

The location was ok - not far from metro and the old town, however, it’s surrounded by petrol stations and “under construction” areas. The Staff were very welcoming and helpful. The swimming pool was quite nice and clean, with perfect temperature.

This hotel is beautiful and luxurious and honestly quite a great place to stay in city like Doha. It’s my second time staying here because of the quality of the rooms, gym and sauna.The Spread was Just Fabulous!! I Loved all the Desserts !!! The Service by Mr.Gajendra (Reception) was definitely commendable!!! Overall I would rate the experience 10/10…. We will frequently visit here and …..create more memories. We loved the ambience and varied section of food !! All the food was fabulous. We just loved it.

Everyone that the hotel was very friendly from the security especially Eric was very helpful and friendly. The receptionists all of them were very kind and alway helpful. The housekeeping team did a great job at always having my room clean. I really enjoyed my stay there.

The price is very reasonable. the rooms and hotel overall cleanliness is exceptional. Very clean. Well maintained place. The staff is very attentive and friendly. It is a very comfortable place for a good sleep. The place is so quiet. Msheireb Metro station is 5 minutes' walk. Very convenient making the location accessible to all Metro routes. Many shops/ barbers/ laundry available around the hotel. Ideal for business trips/ budget travellers looking for a very clean place/ etc There is a good gym and a small enclosed rooftop pool.

Old and worn furniture. The parking lot is outside the hotel and you have to wait a long time for the guard who does not care to open it for you. Far from the metro and restaurants. No changing of bath towels. The window of the house is smaller than the screen of my phone.
