Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. The staff were so welcoming, beginning with the reception guy, Lahiru(best guest service) then to the restaurant we there is Rasel with also very nice and knows how.to engage the guest. We have the two Kenyan securities(night & day)and also the night bellman who also have very good guest service I enjoyed.my stay where and I will definitely come back

Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth and professional. The staff were attentive and courteous, and the overall atmosphere was both welcoming. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. I want to highlight the efforts of the Front office staff Mr. Gajendra as he went above & beyond to make my stay enjoyable I like his professionalism and solving all the problems.

New ZealandWe booked for 2 adults and 1 child (aged 11). We knew this would be the case but only the one super king sized bed was provided. It's a lot of extra to get a rollaway bed for a child, so we just brought a sleeping bag and our daughter slept on the carpeted floor. Would recommend that the cost of a roll-away more accurately reflects the actual cost of making up one more bed as the price we paid already included all the other amenities our daughter would use. The location is not fantastic, but that is why you pay such a good price. It's about a 10 minute walk to the metro station, which was fine for us to walk in 35 C (95 F) but may not suit everyone. But such good value that these are very small things to complain about.
Oh wow, such a great hotel with such friendly staff who go out of their way to help. Lovely swimming pool, huge selection of options for breakfast that changed from day to day, comfortable beds, great shower, and quiet at night. Good TV channel selection (dozens, maybe hundreds, many in English) - much better than pretty much every European hotel we had stayed at immediately prior to our trip to Doha.

Saudi ArabiaNo parking lot and the location is just behind a gasoline station . The room is dusty . I have to ask for each for everything as a basic in the room such as tissue , dental kit ,soap , shower gel and hand cream. The first night we could not sleep because the air conditioner is very loud, like a helicopter hovering around the bed . The technician said tomorrow will fix it , so we changed room by the second day to the same standard room and again I have to ask for everything . Price wise it’s not worth it especially with no parking lot and very crowded location.. I have called the property few long distance calls to make sure of the the reservation and demand a non smoking room, always automated answering machine. As well by the email and through the booking application. Amazing staff and approach, this is the only good thing about our stay , and yet the bed is new otherwise the room and furniture is old .

Saudi ArabiaI recently booked a stay at this hotel in Doha and had a very disappointing experience. Upon arrival, I asked for an early check-in, but was told it wasn’t possible. We returned at the standard check-in time (3 PM), but were informed that our check-in would be delayed because we had booked two rooms. We ended up waiting at the reception for about 30 minutes. They only gave us one room at first — the other two weren’t ready. We waited another 1–2 hours before getting the second room, and even longer for the third. The entire check-in process was frustrating and poorly managed. We were traveling with a child and requested an extra bed, but they said none were available. Additionally, the last room we received had a terrible smell and clearly hadn’t been properly cleaned or maintained. Parking was another issue — the booking mentioned that parking was available and included, but when we arrived, we were told parking was limited and not available for us. Also, even though we booked for six people, the hotel only seemed prepared to accommodate three. To make things worse, the rooms we were finally given were not even next to each other, which was very inconvenient for a family trip. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Doha. The service, cleanliness, and organization were far below expectations.
