The room had a window from which you can only see the narrow space between two adjacent building. I arrived too late and I was there for a short while. I understood it next morning, but don't spend time with it and moving to a new room and unpacking and packing luggage. But you have to inform your customer in advance, if someone is reserving a room with window and you're offering the customer that.

We wanted to book an airport shuttle from the airport to the hotel. Apparently you need to book it at least 24h in advance, 12h is not enough.

Before my check in I called so many times nobody answered my call and then when checking in asked the lady I think (she's Arabic) about it instead of apologizing she became so rude she didn't apologize she should know how to talk to guest and improve her customer service skills extra training for her should be done.

The place is good the facility is good.One of the staff Gajendra was so welcoming,all smiley and very helpful.

The room had a smell to it, the carpet had some stains, The third floor corridor was smelly too. Restaurant and room service a little disappointing.

I liked the location and reception staff were friendly and helpful.

Aircon was a little noisy and couldn't control its fan speed.

The room was clean and spacious with all the facilities including a mini fridge. One thing I can point out is the staff member Mr Gajendra who received us at the airport, was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He suggested us places to visit, good restaurants, and transport facilities. Because of his help our stay proved very fulfilling and enjoyable.

Location is close to the train station and a few sights but still some distance from the main city centre.

Staff were beyond helpful and friendly. The room offered all that one would want. The bed was comfortable. Air Conditioning working excellently. Unfortunately didn’t have the time to use either the Gym or Pool/ Sauna. Without hesitation I would recommend staying here!

Unfortunately, the television was not working, luckily the stay wasn’t long.

We were first placed in smoking room until the next night. We had to review the missing accessories and amenities and request for the missing ones. The parking is not shaded.

Location, room amenities, and staff. Towles were renewed. Water, tea, and coffee were put. Staff were responsive to our requests to provide iron machine/board and robes. Staff were keen to move us to none-smoking room the next night.

They charge extra for early checkin. I arrived at 2 pm and check in was at 3 pm. However they let me in the room at 2:30 pm. A lot of dust from construction behind the hotel. No alcohol served on premises.

They don’t charge a cancellation fee. Good value for the money. Walking distance to the Souk. Clean room with all the facilities, water bottles provided.
