Jacuzzi and sauna is paid and located in the spa area. Normally, in other hotels, it's open to public and is usually located near the pool area.

The bathroom drain was overflowing and water was coming out. I reported it, but it wasn’t fixed during my stay. The internet doesn't work

I don't feel like the rooms were cleaned to a standard that was pleasing to myself and they were not restocked properly on a daily base. All they do is make the beds we didn't receive dressing gowns initially. I had to request them,

This is a true find. A superb hotel and the Room was HUGE.. Originally I was by myself and then my Partner joined me. Breakfast is great as is the evening in Crust ( I / We had the half board option.. The cleaners were incredible for the daily clean. The Front desk staff are faultless. The upstairs pool area is fabulous as is the spa area too. ALL the staff were exceptional and all deserve a shout out of praise.. including the Valet guys and conceirge.. This will now become my go to Hotel in Doha.. Perfectly positioned and easy to get to the city and the surrounds by taxi..

i went for business travel and when i requested for an invoice of my stay they said you paid via booking.com they could not provide me with an invoice nor a receipt and my office has refused to pay based on email receipts from booking.com so its really a bad situation.

Only one coffee machine and there was always a queue which was frustrating at times. The egg station was good if you ordered an omelet or fried egg. Don’t order poached eggs or you’ll be waiting forever! Room cleaning was good when it happened. We used to stay in the room with do not disturb on until 12pm as our little one napped. At 12pm we would leave the room for the day and put the service button on - when we got back to our room at 7pm it was often still in the same way we left it. This was disappointing. We asked the cleaner the first time he didn’t clean our room and he told us “I can clean your room around 8 or 9am as I’m free but I’m too busy after 12pm”. I found that a bit odd but we decided not to complain. Perhaps we should have mentioned this to reception.

Loved our stay, it was fantastic and the junior suite was amazing! Very spacious and had all the room we needed for a family of four! Loved the separate dressing room where we could hide away all the suitcases! Everything was new and high tech. We opted for the half board option which included breakfast and dinner. Although the dinner varitett wasn’t huge, I found whatever dish was cooked was always so delicious, that I didn’t mind not having too many options to choose from!

The place was simply amazing with professional and friendly staff. We even get an upgrade from junior suite to executive suite! Both the dinner and breakfast buffet were great! Me and my family definitely enjoyed. Thank you.

Pillows were soft for my liking wc seat get automatic heating which can't be trun off not suitable for me . Breakfast was very basic and the place was small and crowded
