Location of the Hotel is good Room was Clean and service was great Staff were good and helpful Pool was most of the day under the sun, clean and a small pool for the kids with a small area for kids to play (all outdoor) showers and toilets were next to the pool directly a small outdoor shower front of the pool there was a small bench for drinks breakfast was delicious with variety the view of our rooms was a city view rooms were quiet and near the stairs and elevator we told them its my mom birthday and they provided a small complimentary cake

The bed sheet had a stain , and there was no toothbrush or toothpaste , The place to hang Gcc thup clothes is low.

A little bit far from all the main attractions, but not a problem as taxis are cheap.

The facilities in the room were exceptional. Huge room, modern and new furniture, automatic heated toilet, huge bathroom etc. The hotel interior is very nice.

There is nothing of interest at the location. .. I mean just a shop. not even a decent restaurant outside the hotel.

I had a negative experience with receptionist Dina. I hope that she will show more respect towards customers, their needs, and follow instructions properly in the future. On a positive note, the manager helped resolve the situation and ensured that everything was sorted out.

Hotel felt comfortable and Value for money. More importantly very helpful staff going above and beyond and great customer service. Great location. We booked on the spot as a long layover in Doha, and didn’t disappoint. Look forward to coming back for a longer stay.
