I booked Steigenberger Hotel and Residence after conducting long research on Booking.com to chill out on the weekend with my group of girl friends. The Residence was in a prime location actually it is in the heart of Doha, close to everything equally. It offers a very safe and secure environment for all guests, which is a great thing. The 3 bedroom premium apartment I booked was mesmerizing. We were highly impressed with its clean, spacious and comfortable rooms, top-notch amenities, and it's elegant modern furnishing style which make us feel the luxurious stay without compromising coziness. The serene swimming pool is so clean and nice. We enjoyed our time there in the hot summer as we usually swim after sunset. We didn't experience neither the food options nor the wellness facility and the Spa this time. But, I am interested to try it out on my next visit. The exceptional customer service, and the amiable and helpful staff at this hotel impressed all of us. From the moment we stepped in, we were warmly welcomed by the front desk team and Mr. Essam, which left us with enraptured feeling. During our stay, Mr Alaa was always friendly and asked how our stay was going every time we get in contact. All of the front desk team and the housekeeping team were there for every need of ours, consistently and attentively made sure we were comfortable. My deepest respect to Mr. Essam Othman who sincerely made sure he covered all our needs, Mr Mohamed Abdul Rashid and Mr Alaa at the front desk for their endless efforts to ensure our comfort and peace. Lots of thanks to all of you. Definitely, my friends and I will visit and stay in Steigenberger again and again to enjoy the beautiful friendly and cozy overall atmosphere I highly recommend Steigenberger Hotel and Residence! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I didn’t like the location. For that type of hotel and what they offer the location should’ve been better.

I like the amenities property has to offer. The staff were exceptional. The food options were good.

We were given a king size bed for 2 adults and 2 children which was not possible to fit into one bed and the hotel did not offer a single bed as a good will gesture, they wanted us to pay per day for an additional bed. the hotel was who offered that big bed for the number of people in the first place so we should not have to pay for their mistake.

The fact we couldn’t acces each others floors to start with was annoying and inconvenient. Which the staff eventually sorted giving me and my friend access to both floors. It was not easy to get this. So be mindful when advertising be clear. However the towels were not enough on a daily basis and I needed to keep asking to replenish. Some of the facilities did not work properly such as the AC. I needed it in the bedroom area but it did not function correctly. And the washer dryer did not function correctly at times.I did speak to the day service team and explain there was some issues with the night receptionist boy regarding late check out, who then offered me a lte check out on the house. Which made a big difference and helpful.

The cleaning staff were responsible and respectful. The apartment was decent with full amenities. It was spacious and pleasant. I enjoyed making daily breakfast and occasional lunches. The cutleries was helpful too, would be good to have some plastic Tupperware for children too. The bell boy was polite and good. Sarah was also helpful. Would be a good idea to list what is offered thoroughly on booking.com as we had communication issues and needed up bringing items like hair dryers etc. also the iron in the bedroom does not work either.

Clearer guidelines about pool usage, especially for the ladies only pool.

The apartment suite exceeded our expectations. The spa was also very lovely and had great facilitates within it. The staff and service were incredible.

Spacious apartment, and good sized bedrooms. Facilities in apartment were excellent, everything we needed. If staying at the residence you are able to walk through to the main hotel for breakfast, swimming pool etc
