The quality of the food, was poor, not cooked properly or cold and sometimes not what I ordered. the worse part was it took 45 mins plus for it to arrive. However the French restaurant was Spot on and recommend the food and service

The staff service was spot on they were always polite and checking up on you and ensuring you are well taken care of. The room was modern design and very clean.

There is no tissue in our the room, other than the tissue in the bathroom. We requested a box of tissue but no one came. the pool it is definitely nice but 350 riyals is too expensive 😔

It is indeed a great experience the staff are friendly and approachable, about the breakfast it was sumptuous and exceeds our expectation. Lagoona waitress and staff are helfull with our needs and comfort. The surroundings are well maintained, clean and aesthetic room very instagrammable . I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends, will surely go back soon. Thank you for the experience!

The rooms were a bit small, we stayed with three people and an extra bed was added. The breakfast could be a bit more enriched, it did not suit Turkish cuisine very well.

The hotel staff was very friendly and smiling, they really welcomed us very well. The cleaning and hygiene were very good. We would like to thank Faslı İkram Hanım at the reception for answering all our questions and taking care of us. We also thank her for always welcoming us with a smile and kindness when meeting the vehicle.

I did not like that at the reception it was made a preauthorization for paying the first night and I still don’t have the money in my account. Even if I payed everything in full.

Breakfast was very nice. The pool and beach very beautiful. The hotel is very clean, everything reminds you that you booked at The Ritz.

The hotel provided an amazing experience, the staff in the Club lounge are exceptional. We enjoyed the pool side and have to say the staff are very friendly and efficient outside. Will return for a third time for sure.

Everything was clean. Location was great and the staff were really attentive. Golbar & Faisal would clean our room and always done such a great job. We never walked in to a dirty room. The staff around the whole hotel were friendly and helpful. Could not fault our stay at all.

This Ritz-Carlton in Doha ticked all the boxes for our young family. The pools were amazing for all ages, the customer service was excellent from all staff members, the rooms were equipped with everything and a good size. Last but not least, the breakfast was 10/10!

The hotel has many functions with loud music until midnight. The outdoor pools are too deep to just relax.

Now that our holiday has come to an end, we wanted to take a moment to sincerely thank you for an unforgettable experience. We thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our stay and will look back on it with great fondness. A very special thank you goes to Abdoul Majid, who truly made our time at the beach one of the absolute highlights of our holiday. His warmth, attentiveness, and genuine kindness are exceptional. Every single day, he welcomed us with a big smile and went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and happy. Nothing was ever too much for him,his dedication and positive spirit made a lasting impact on us. We travel frequently and have stayed in many places around the world, but meeting someone like Abdoul Majid is truly rare. He is not only a professional, but a genuinely wonderful human being who brings so much heart to what he does. People like him are what set a place apart and make guests want to return. Please pass on our deepest gratitude and compliments to Abdoul Majid!!! he is an absolute gem. We are already looking forward to coming back next year and sincerely hope to see him again.

Despite some good service and efforts from staff, overcrowded swimming pools during peak seasons ought to be better organised.

Exceptional hotel. Perfect location and excellent service and facilities, including beach area. Immaculate, large and comfortable room with a nice panoramic view. Restaurants offer a variety of exquisite dishes. Friendly and professional staff, always keen to be of assistance.

Restaurant Sel Et Miel was mixed - I think it needs tighter management.

Restaurant b-lounge is excellent. The recent upgrades to the beach are excellent.
