Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. PhilippinesThere is no tissue in our the room, other than the tissue in the bathroom. We requested a box of tissue but no one came. the pool it is definitely nice but 350 riyals is too expensive 😔
It is indeed a great experience the staff are friendly and approachable, about the breakfast it was sumptuous and exceeds our expectation. Lagoona waitress and staff are helfull with our needs and comfort. The surroundings are well maintained, clean and aesthetic room very instagrammable . I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends, will surely go back soon. Thank you for the experience!

TurkeyThe rooms were a bit small, we stayed with three people and an extra bed was added. The breakfast could be a bit more enriched, it did not suit Turkish cuisine very well.
The hotel staff was very friendly and smiling, they really welcomed us very well. The cleaning and hygiene were very good. We would like to thank Faslı İkram Hanım at the reception for answering all our questions and taking care of us. We also thank her for always welcoming us with a smile and kindness when meeting the vehicle.
